I visited this center for an MRI and everything went smoothly. My appointment was at 10:30 and I got there 20 minutes earlier for some paperworks and was already assisted even before I finished filing up the forms. They have patient cubicles to get dressed, with a locker inside to put your belongings. The radiographer got me all set up easily and comfortably. I was nervous because it was my first time for an MRI, but got through with it. I even needed dye injection for imaging contrast and it was done gently, it didn’t sting. Once I’m done, I got dressed and was already out of the door in minutes. It went smoothly. I’m glad they have this center here in Sunnyvale. Very convenient and no need to travel far for imaging services. There was a good amount of parking spaces around the building and didn’t have trouble finding a spot.

No appointments. Walk ins are not accepted later on the day. Suggested to come physically in the morning to get into the queue for the afternoon.
