If your mail can't be delivered for some reason (for example your apartment mailbox key is broken and the landlord won't fix it) - and you live in mountain view (maybe other cities too?) they'll keep it here and you can pick it up. I just wish they had more days available

For people picking up their packages here, they are open only on Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 1pm.

They don't pick up the phone, but when I went there in person they were friendly and tried to help.
