I had taken my Toyota Prius to Untied Collision Center more than once. Unfortunately within the last 3 years my poor car was hit, banged from behind and the third time was due to a troubled model plane hitting the windshield and making dents on the part of the front side. Once I knew the quality at United Collision Center, I did not want anyone else to repair my car.Folks at United Collision Center are so professional in every way. They are committed to do their best in a timely manner. They are honest and extremely clear about their estimates. They always return your calls and keep you informed of where they are with your car repair. Needless to say, I was upset every time my car was damaged, however, I knew I could count on folks at United Collision Center and they have not disappointed me. Fransisco and Oscar have been great to work with. Unfortunately we have had car troubles in the past few weeks and it is stressful to deal with car repairs in general but not with United Collision Center. They fixed our car which had major damage to almost brand new! They made the process quite smooth between us and the insurance as well so although lengthy the process was pretty smooth to get our car repaired as new!

UpdateAt the end they eneded up doing damage to my car in retaliation, when I took it to another shop they said there was more issues that where done intentionally. Manegment is horrible and quit rude.I took my car there for an estimate and theystarted repairs with my authorizations and are charging $1300 to put my car back. I asked receptionist if they where partnered with my insurance and she said yes and turns out they are not so that why I didn’t want to do the work there as it’s not guantnteed.

Isaac was so incredibly helpful! I had a panel half falling off because my door got caught on a curb when I was closing it, and he managed to fix it up very quickly! Everybody was really nice and responsive. Fully recommend United Collision Center.

I brought my 2011 Toyota Rav4 Limited for body repair due to accident. My insurance company refer me to another body shop, I told them I prefer to choose United Collision Center. This body shop did an excellent job they also patch up several nicks on the vehicle.Karina was excellent and I met Francisco... I also have them to order new sun visor for the driver side, and they be more than to get it fix for me.. I will recommend this body shop to friends/family and my clients....Thank you, so muchyour happy customer

A State Farm customer hit our car in the parking lot. They had a list of preferred repair shops, but they were all backed up for weeks. I found United Collision Center with five stars, and they had no wait. Because they were not on preferred list, State Farm made them jump through additional hoops for the estimate and payments, but United Collision Center made it transparent to me. More mini drama with insurance when I went to pick up. But United quarterbacked all the communication with State Farm and it got replaced with minimum fuss to me. The repair itself was terrific. The panels were fixed and the paint perfectly matched. The rest of the car was clayed and looked new. We did have some existing damage on the other side of the bumper, and they fixed that too for a reasonable price. Everything looking good!

Probably the best body shop in the Bay Area! They’re expensive, but you really get what you paid for. So, if you’re covered by insurance, you should definitely go there! Premium quality and amazing workmanship.They treat you really well, my vehicle got a minor windshield damage when being fixed there, and they replaced the entire windshield for free with new original part!

I had a great experience working with Francisco and UCC. Mine was a minor repair--a kid in my neighborhood rode their bike up my driveway and scuffed the lower rear valance (the panel that goes BELOW the bumper, around the muffler tip)... and of course, rode away, leaving me with the damage and the bill. I called around a few shops, and they all seemed kind of shady until I found UCC. I baby my cars and am picky about whom I take them to. Francisco was professional, friendly, and responsive, and they ordered the parts as needed and installed them the same day. Because they were able to complete the replacement of the panel faster than anticipated, they adjusted the quote by a little bit to save me some $. They even polished out a tiny scratch for me for free, which was nice of them to throw in. :) Now, I did have to wait almost six weeks for the repair because they have a specific tech who works on higher-end cars, and also, my repair/replacement was purely cosmetic and non-urgent. When you call, and they are busy, be prepared to wait a while, especially if it is not a major job. That said, the patience is worth it, and the price is comparable to other shops in the area, slightly more, but the quality of the work sells itself. They accommodated my hectic work schedule, which I also appreciated. Very satisfied client with Francisco and United Collision, and I am considering bringing my other cars for restorative work in the near future. Thanks again!

I can't say enough good things about United Collision. Francisco the manager rocks. I brought my car in for repair with a tight deadline I am driving cross country and needed to leave by a certain date. Got it 2 days early. I'm new in town did not have a mechanic. He suggested one and even took my car for a safety check ! One more thing.... He and an associate put my cargo carrier on. Their team is awesome. The car look great also, Thank you
