I drove the 15 ft truck 8 miles according to the speedometer but somehow used 4 gallons of gas. I only used the truck to move equipment and did not use the cigarette lighter as a power source. It seems like the truck had a gas leak and I was charge $50 extra dollars because of it.

There's an App to rent truck or storage unit. We didn't use this location for moving materials or a rental. U-Haul can install a tow hitch on your car/SUV for you. Appointments are readily available, and they take less than an hour to install it. Their installation does not include the electrical wiring to connect the rear lights or brake system on what you're towing. You'll need to find another group to do that work. Full marks for great appointment, availability, polite staff and fast, Service!

Frank is aways helpful and knowledgable. Over the past 4 years this is my go-to U-Haul location for supplies, trucks, and trailers. Highest recommendation.

Demeter is the vision for me to come and pick up a trailer but that trailer was defective but it was not holding brakes on the people there working in here. They don’t know how to install the trailer behind the track when I see the safety video on that that was totally opposite of what they did so when I asked for that other trailer even though they had it and they were not able to give it to me because they without asking me already cancel the transaction I’m in the contract, and now I have to wait for another 3 to 4 business days to get another contract and refund

It was easy and pleasent at both the pick up and drop off. As a New Zealander, it was also the experience of the V8 automatic. Something that i have not experienced before.

Worst experience with u-haul ever. Poor customer service. They also Charged $75 extra for fuel even after refilling to the level I got it.

Great Fast service, only cost me around $30 total. Just a short move 8 miles total. Will rent again when needed.
