I first learned TM 7 years ago and find the practice incredibly grounding, helpful, and valuable. Michael Yankaus the site director is a great teacher - warm, thoughtful, and patient. I've terrines for checking sessions over the years and I'm grateful for the support TM continues to offer even after all these years.
