I love total wine and more in general, Tend to make one or two stops every week. Today the 4th of July I wanted to bring some champagne over to celebrate at my parents home, I was with my 18 year old sister and her 18 year old boyfriend as we were planning a Safeway stop as well not thinking too much they walked into total wine and more with me, Once I reached the cashier he asked me for my ID and everyone else’s ID and stated if we were not able to present all ID’s I could not make the purchase, I drove 20 minutes just for this and had to DoorDash, The drinks to my parents home, Wasted 40 minutes of my time just to be told no, Time is valuable and I won’t be able to enjoy the champagne to celebrate due to being short on time, Total Wine should change this and should be considerate along with management, I was not offered one solution to my problem rather just no’s, A sorry we cannot proceed with the sale does not make up for a waste of time and the inconvenience.

This Total Wine and More is my favorite. The selection is amazing, and they regularly have wine tastings which are fantastic. We go almost every week on Friday or Saturday to try the wines they have out for tasting and choose a couple of bottles to take home. Last week Oliver was doing the tasting and he was awesome! We got to try several wines that he thought we would like, and we ended up taking 4 bottles home with us!
If you're not going to the tastings, you are missing out!

Oliver Luo helped me out Tuesday night for an emergency purchase for a Lunar New Year company event Wednesday this week. I noticed how friendly he was when he just casually chimed in when I asked the cashier who was helping me if Amex is accepted, so I asked him again the question I asked earlier about what is hard booze vs. not as I can't bring Hard booze to the event. He gave a great and detailed answer with alcohol % and proof estimates, as well as a good rule of thumb of what is allowed - just think of what's servable with a beer and wine license at certain restaurants.
He then assisted in recommending and helping me pick out more items that would fit the Asian drinks theme, ensuring that I stayed within the budget. We were able to feature a lot more interesting drinks than originally planned, and Oliver's recommendation of flavored soju was a big hit among the crowd.
Oliver also helped me sign up for Total Wine account so I got a discount on my purchase, thanks to also his manager for applying the discount also to the purchase I made before I started talking to Oliver.
Finally, Oliver helped me load the 3 heavy boxes into my vehicle and gave me his card if I need his help planning for big events in the future.
Highly recommend this store for great customer service, and if Oliver is there, he absolutely got your back.

Easily found what I wanted. Parking was problematic, probably because it is nextdoor to a CostCo.

This place has a good selection of everything, I am giving it 5 stars because they were the only place in the N-Bay that had what I wanted and inventory was accurate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Bay Area Liquor Supermarket offers spirits, wines and beers from all over the world, with a wide range of varieties. The store is large and clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

Went there to purchase an expensive bottle of Liquor as a gift and had a few questions on my purchase. Floor staff was too busy scrolling on there smartphones to assist customers. I noticed customers walking around and not getting help, while the floor staff (not cashiers) were too busy on there cellphone. I left and went to Costco. Corporate needs to have a policy of no cellphones while on the job. Staff should be helping customers .
