I was greeted right away and the employee was very friendly and polite. She even handed my receipt with both hand. That was a rare thing nowadays.

Everything was good until it wasn’t. I planned to send some documents this week, so I went to the UPS store on Wednesday to ship my package for Friday delivery. Since I had enough time, I opted for second-day air instead of next-day delivery. However, when I checked the tracking on Friday, it still showed 'Arrived at Facility'—the same status it had since Wednesday.
I called UPS, and they informed me that they added an extra day because my package missed the collection time, even though they collected it the same day, Wednesday ?♂️. I was surprised that my second-day air package was still at their local facility. Now, it’s estimated to deliver next Monday, which means my two-day air package took a total of five days to arrive. When I called the store to inquire further, the representative told me there was nothing they could do. How convenient for them!

I recently visited a convenient location to drop off a prepaid package. Upon arrival, Patricia greeted me warmly. Unfortunately, she informed me that the system was down and she couldn't provide an estimated time for it to be back online. She kindly offered to take my phone number and promised to call me once the system was functioning again. I received a call shortly after leaving, allowing me to successfully drop off my package. I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received. Thank you! Cheers
Update on 9/16/24 with another 5 star experience! I needed a copy of a document on legal card stock for a project. Racheal was super helpful and said they didn't have the ability to cut and print on 8.5"x14 but provided me 2 sheets of 11x17 for me to use on my home printer. Once again just wanted to share the positive experience and compliment the wonderful staff and management!
