The idea is great: a giant stand with good acoustics and, in the back, a grass area to watch the show however you want: lying down, sitting, with your family...
But there are many things that are not right:
- The stage is very small for how big the venue is (at the concert I went to there was not even room for the musicians)
- Visibility is very poor, the stands had to be steeper. As soon as people stand up, you no longer see anything (and even less so the children).
- The screens are not very large (as one would expect) and on top of that they don't all turn on, so you end up seeing it far away even on the screen
- You can barely carry anything from outside, it is made to acquire almost everything inside
I was expecting something more, honestly...

I visited three concession stands. Two of them added gratuity to my transaction before I could complete the screen myself. This is fraud and seems illegal. When I questioned the female assisting me she told me it was the tax!?!? Tax is not the equivalent of 18%.

The traffic ppl have no clue what they're doing as everyone we asked how to get to premier vip parking told us wrong. None of them spoke English, which was the main issue so THAT needs to change. Also, none of the staff knew where our Vip entrance was so that took awhile to figure out. 60 bucks for 2 drinks in the Premier cup lounge..Wow what a joke. Our seats were great however n Meghan Trainor was awesome, the venue staff not so much.

The venue itself is good because of how open & airy it is. The part that's bad is the parking situation and the lack of restrooms. We have 3 ADA in our car, but we're told they were"sold out" of handicapped spots. So instead of parking 1/2 mile away from the venue (because the would have been a LONG difficult walk for someone with disabled hips), we had to pay an additional$100 for vip parking near the entrance. There are two sets of restrooms (that we saw) which were open to everyone. There is another private set for those who paid an additional $50 for the MiCampo Deck, which is basically a patio reserved for those who need a seat/ restroom, but don't want to fight for one). The lines were crazy long- women started bringing their kids (both genders) into the restroom because it would have been at least a 30 minute wait. We opted to go down the street to McDonald's to use the restroom& of course a lot of people had the same idea. At the end of the show, maybe open up those private restrooms to everyone? At least to kids. Otherwise, it's a nice place to see a show of you have littles that need room to run/ jump in the back grass area.

Spontaneously came here with my family for the first time and expected nothing. Coming here without any expectations made my experience happier than expected. I have liked google for a long time, and i like it even more. The ambiance is cool. Since we came here the day after Christmas, it wasn't busy. I can't compare to other days like weekend because like I said, this is the first time and definitely not the last. There are no lines going inside. Free entrance. You can freely hold the gadgets displayed inside. Shop their Google souvenirs. We got Google hoodies because it's cool.Their cafeteria is nice. Relaxed. The tables in the cafeteria have plugs for charging your gadgets. Just bring your cable if I only knew I could've brought mine?Ohhh, what I enjoyed most is that you can ride the bike within the premises! It's amazing! The bikes are all over the place. It's free! Just grab the bike that's available, and off you go, roam around the center. My family had fun! Like my kids said, Google is cool!P.s. I also observed the workers. I feel like working here is fun and worth it as well.I will highly recommend this place to visit. Although the entrance is free, parking is free, and riding the bike is free. But because this place is cool and awesome, please bring $$$ because you never know if you will buy a lot of "souvenirs" that cost $$$. But otherwise, if you're not in a rush and just want to chill, this is the place to be.

Venue was good sound was good although overall thought the show was B- good food and drinks but extremely pricey ( my wife and I spent almost seventy dollars for one tall can of modelo, a cheeseburger each and an order of season fries, ouch) not sure they need to hit a captive crowd that hard, but what do I know I'm just Joe blow spending the little expendable income we have on a concert. All in all after parking, transportation, food and beverage, over 100 for us and our tickets were comped otherwise add $40 up to $80 or more. Love the venue Outdoors on the lawn that part was beautiful loved it and excited crowd dancing around having a good time.
