We paid for a car wash that had no dryer!! They have the nerve to put up a sign saying “try our new car wash”!! What a waste of money & it did not wash our car clean!! DO NOT COME GET A CAR WASH FROM HERE!!! You are better off going somewhere else!!!

No dryer in the car wash ? had to wash it again at Chevron across the road - that one has the dryer. What a waste of money!

We needed a carwash and decided to go to this Shell since we live nearby and were out running errands. We bought the highest priced carwash at this Shell, $10. I looked online after and discovered there's one higher, $12, so not sure if this Shell hasn't updated their menu prices. The carwash was the worst we have ever had. The employee even followed us out and told us that cars have been having problems with the red, yellow, and green carwash lights and for us to read the instructions carefully, which, to us meant that the problems were user error. We followed them but when we pulled fully into the bay both the red and green lights were flashing. The carwash listed about 5+ things that the wash included but all we got was the brushes for a wash and brushes for a rinse. Nothing else. After the wash there was no blow dry, which is normal for automatic carwashes (but I'm not sure if it was included in the $10 wash, I didn't check so that's on me, or if it's even installed at this station) and upon getting home we noticed there was still dirt and dust on the moonroof and rear window. The doors and hood still had the spots on them. We might have just visited on an off-day, but first impressions matter and we won't be coming back.

Affordable car wash, as low as $6, but what do you mean there's "no dryer due to loud noise for the neighbors"? Maybe you could operate the dryer only during the day time or something? Not having a dryer is ridiculous. I guess i'll go drive around on the freeway for a bit??

*car wash review* You get what you paid for. For $10 ultimate, the dryer still does not work. The car wash time is like 2 minutes. Go across the street to the chevron and get the $10 car wash that lasts like 5 mins and have a blow dryer at the end

Bad service attitude with broken car wash. Waited for 20 min to get an answer then told us to come again tomorrow for refund.

Easy access station. Prices are low and the station is never too busy. Clean facilities. Downside is there is no store it’s a booth with some stuff outside on racks. I don’t think they have restrooms either.
