If i could give no stars i would. The lady run the store is never there. The mechanic goes to get but she never comes out. I will never go there again. The gas down the street is cheaper

If you buy gas here you support the war in Russia. Shell stopped buying oil from Russia then 4 days later started buying oil from desperate to sell oil Russia again at deep discounts and is ripping you off at full price plus they support the war in Russia monetarily by buying oil from Russia. Their original boycott ended after 4 days because they knew you would see in the news that they stopped buying oil from Russia but not pay attention to the move to start buying it from them again.

Great location and not super busy. I've been here multiple times and never faced any issues while trying to fill gas. I've never used any services provided by them though

I was present at 9am this morning when the attendant present refused air to a customer. The customer explained to the attendant that he had an electric car that didn't take gasoline but attendant insisted he must specifically buy petroleum products if he wanted him to turn on the air. The attendant claimed that the gas station would go broke if they let customers use the air for free. I've never heard something so absurd. People are trying to better the environment by buying electronic cars and I'm sure gas stations aren't happy about it but to deny them to use the air is just wrong. Shame on you Shell.

If I could I would rate this place a 0. I went in specifically to get cash back and asked before hand for cash back. I bought a protein bar and was charged an amount and slid my card. I wasn't prompted for cash back and I asked again, why I didn't receive it? The store clerk laughed and and said we don't do cash back. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. I just reminded him that's why I came in and I told you that before hand. He just said too bad.

If I could give no stars I would! Yesterday I broke my hand while visiting Mountain View. I had a rented car and stopped and gassed up here. I asked the manager if the owner of my car could pick up his car there as I had to get to an Emergency room somewhere. The manager stood there and started to give me excuse after excuse as why he could not let me park the car there for just awhile. I began to cry, I felt so helpless. He just stood there and said "No!" From a country that does not honor women. I am contacting Shell Corporate!
