Excellent service, quality restored equipment and repair, and friendly people. Ken in particular was very kind, he spent about 15-20min discussing my application needs and seeking solutions. I would highly recommend this shop for purchasing equipment or seeking service/repair assistance. Additionally, their office is right off the highway and is easily accessible to most in the Bay area.

Scientific equipment repair employs 'bait and switch' sales tactics. I don't recommend dealing with them.

Scientific Equipment Repair is the place to go for relatively new or refurbished scientific equipment! They have a great selection of equipment! They are extremely fair, honest, friendly, very knowledgeable, and always willing to work with you for what you will need. Highly recommended!!
