GigaCaring (host) was unable to get me in the car when i arrived for my reservation. Unfortunately, I needed transportation to the car and transportation again when my reservation was not honored. GigaCaring was non responsive for almost 2 hours when I could not get into the car. Then almost 2 hours later they send a note telling me to let them know if I still want the car. No acknowledgement they stiffed me. No apology. Also, Turo customer service was no help and also could not reach the host.

This was my first time using Turo. My experience was flawless and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car rental to give them an opportunity. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer several options dependent upon your needs for your trip. My experience was great and I am excited to continue to use Turo on any future opportunities while traveling.

Just hope you don’t have to contact customer service for any reason because it’s the most unhelpful I’ve ever experienced, full of aloof offshore representatives that have to put you on hold to answer every question.

We rented a Turo Nissan Altima 2023 we had an excellent experience car was well maintained, easy and smooth driving, plus very economical.Customer Service was excellent Adrian responded to our messages on a timely matter.We are planning to go back to California this year we will be looking for Adrian again.
