Was a lil discouraged when I was not helped at the bakery counter, due to low staff. Then William helped me and went above and beyond! William thank you for walking me to the cake decorating section. Thank you for helping me with the frostings. Thank you for that warm smile! You made it a great ending! You rock!

This is a typical Safeway and the store is fine but they never have nearly enough check out lanes open. Even the self service lanes have very long lines. Do you yourself a favor and go to the Safeway in Los Altos, basically the same store except no long lines. You will save the time on check out that it took you to drive... read full comment
