Worst pharmacy ever!!! I have a prescription that was sent to this pharmacy, I was then told by them that they don’t have the medicine in prescription, and they refuse to help me transfer to another pharmacy. I have to find another pharmacy, ask the new pharmacy to call them multiple times to get it transferred

MUCH better than the chain pharmacy I have been using (unhappily) in the past. Took less than an hour for a new prescription for a new patient. Super easy and helpful staff.

I've had a pleasant experience with this pharmacy. The two pharmacists are courteous and have helped me understand pricing when my insurance changed. They have also never hassled me about my medications (whether they be for mental health or transgender hormones). They seem to be busy filling medications most of the time, so they can't answer the phone nor instantly serve you when you walk up. The pharmacy has good hours, so I recommend it for nearby residents.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They give away your ordered and reserved medication to other patients as needed.. leaving you without your medication for weeks while they scramble to order more. This should be illegal

The staff is very nice, but it takes a long time to get a prescription filled or to get service at the window. They are understaffed and with them giving vaccines I sometimes have to wait 15-20 min in line to get service. It took them until the next day to fill an antibiotic RX and over a week to fill a regular prescription as it was back ordered. They never have the chance to answer the phone so forget about trying to ask them a question over the phone. I am changing my prescriptions to Walmart with my new insurance. Walmart does a terrific job of promptly fill prescriptions.

Scheduled a COVID-19 shot two weeks in advance there, however, they could not administer the shot when showed up for the appointment since they forgot to unfreeze the product to be able to inject it. Sloppy, and unprofessional people. Would not want to trust them with your health

Stopped by to pick up a prescription at 1 pm. The pharmacy was closed (the hours clearly say open until 1:15 pm)Confused and worried I wouldn’t be able to get my prescription today (or tomorrow since it’s closed for Memorial Day), I talked to the manager at 1:05 pm after wandering and looking for someone to talk to. When I asked why the pharmacy was closed, he nonchalantly says they’re probably on lunch. I showed him the time and asked, “it says lunch starts at 1:15. Do you know why it’s closed?” He looks down the aisle to confirm it was closed and just stares blankly at me and responds, “yeah, they’re at lunch. They’ll be back at two.” The guy just continues to stare at me and does not address the fact that they should still be open until 1:15 or doesn’t bother to apologize. I walked away in disgust of his lack of accountability or even basic customer service.This might be more of an issue with the overall Safeway management but the fact that the pharmacist just leaves before the posted time sucks. If the Pharmacist posted a note or something, I wouldn’t have had to interact with that delightful human.

Got the first dose of COVID19 vaccine here, normally they should have the second dose for you, right? Wrong. Not in this pharmacy.
