Called and was told first come first served. So I went there and they discovered there was a nail on the tire then they fixed it within 5 mins for $20. Super happy with it!

NEVER BUY A NEW TIRE HERE!!!
They charged significantly more than Pep Boys or other local retailers. I had no choice since I had a flat.
They also inflated the tires far above the recommended pressure.
If you speak Spanish perhaps you have a better chance as the mechanic spoke very little English.
There are better choices.

They replaced 4 tires faster than i could smoke a single cigarette!! Ill limp my flat tires to them from anywhere!! Inexpensive used tires!! Theyre better than new ones cuz theyve only had like 50miles on them so the lil mold hairs are still present but theyre Not slippery!! Theyre just broken in enough for perfect grip!!!! Ive gone to them since 2006* ive bought 14 tires off them and they seem to last longer than any others!? Any other place is a Ripoff!! Rich's is bargain and they work Fast!!!! Anywhere else is a rip off! *****

I got a flat tire on a Saturday evening on a three day weekend. Worst timing. Rich’s happened to be one of the only places open. I called and they said they could take me. When I drove up, Salvador helped me right away. Within about 3 minutes of pulling into their parking lot he had my car on a jack, tire off, and identified that it had a nail. He plugged it for $20 and sent me on my way. The tire was fixed literally faster than it takes to get a coffee at Starbucks! Salvador and the guys at Rich’s were super nice and helpful. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Salvador!!

Brought my Mazda in as it was detecting a steady loss of pressure in one of the rear tires. They quickly identified a problem with the rim and not the tire itself. They took the tire off, fixed the rim, put it back on, and refilled the lost air. All in less than 30 minutes.
These guys know what they're doing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
