A huge shoutout to Nick at RESMO! Today, my daughter and I found ourselves stranded in a parking lot on Old Middlefield with a completely flat tire and no spare (thanks Tesla!). After waiting an hour and a half for a tow truck, and with no end in sight, we were getting desperate as repair centers were closing soon. We noticed RESMO nearby and approached their service desk. Nick immediately listened to our situation and didn't hesitate to help. He walked back with us to our car, equipped with a portable tire pump. Nick patched the tire temporarily and inflated it enough for us to drive to a nearby tire center. Thanks to his prompt action, we arrived just in time and were back on the road with new tires within 15 minutes!
Nick's kindness, generosity, and friendly demeanor truly saved our day. We can't thank him enough for his exceptional service and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend RESMO for their outstanding customer care and expertise.

I recently purchased a 997.1 Carrera S from Response Motors site unseen and have nothing but good things to say about the process. Yanni was responsive to all my questions and requests for records/photos/videos prior to purchasing the vehicle. He helped organize out of state covered transit which moved quickly and flawlessly, as well as handled the transfer of ownership paperwork professionally. We agreed to a purchase price on Wednesday, made the wire on Thursday, they had the car on a truck Friday and it arrived at my door in Illinois on Monday which is impressive turn around. A few days after taking delivery of the car it had a water pump failure and I felt that Yanni and Response Motors remedied the situation fairly. How a business responds to issues after a sale says a lot about their integrity. I feel confident they care about the condition of the cars they sell and would purchase from them again in a heart beat.

I had an overall good experience purchasing a Porsche 911 from Resmo. Yanni was responsive and clear on what was needed and worked with me on the deposit, the dealer paperwork arrived promptly to my house, and Yanni waited for me to get the wire transfer sent as well as me sending the check from my lender.
I would offer feedback that a more proactive outreach (ie call or email me to let me know next steps or outstanding needs) would be appreciated versus me following up to ask for actions. I also had to follow up on when the title was getting sent to me and I asked for a copy of any maintenance on the car like an oil change but I never received it. But overall when I called or emailed, Yanni responded right away.
Yanni was extremely helpful with giving access to the car to get my ppi done through the lemon squad and working with my transport truck (Intercity Lines) when they called. Considering I was buying sight unseen from out of state, I think it went well and I would buy from Yanni and Resmo again.

I actually have a feeling this is a decent dealership. My experience was that the salesperson Yanni talked down to me and was a bit offputting. I was a cash buyer for a used Porsche and my requests for simple information (service records, walk around video since I was going to buy the car sight unseen, & wouldn't let me do PPI w/ local independent Porsche mechanic - could only be done on-site). No worries - I found another car where they were more friendly & let me do local PPI.

I had the pleasure of working with Yanni and Alex when I purchased a car from response motors a couple of months ago. Yanni went above and beyond. I flew in from out of state for the day to see the car and he was helpful, thorough, and answered all of my questions throughout the process. He even helped arrange transportation for the car and it arrived the next day. Ultimately, the car looks amazing and I never felt pressured during the process. I will definitely work with them again if I have the opportunity.

These guys are awesome! They are a "Top Notch" seller! They provide an extremely high level of customer service. As well as quick response times to your concerns. They helped me get a great deal on financing and gave me a fair price on my car. If I ever get a chance to buy from them again I would not hesitate!

Completely wasted my extremely time.After four different phone calls, two video calls, multiple updated images to ensure we were not going to waste our time driving four hours there and back.Did a full video walk-through sent pictures agreed upon a price for 64K firm.All aesthetic issues with the vehicle were agreed-upon within this price.I was very clear with Yanni I did not want to drive 4 hours to be haggled on price.We agreed as long as there was no mechanical issues, and everything checked out 64K would be the price.As I expected, they inspected vehicle and tried to shave another 2k off the sale price. This vehicle has been by Porsche since the day that I bought it. It’s in perfect condition for being 20 years old as well as garage kept along with my other seven cars.Do not sell your vehicle here unless you want to get haggled to death. They were not true to the word.

In late 2022, I bought a 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo from Response Motors. I've purchased exotics from other independent dealers but this was my first time working with ResMo and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience.Unlike other independent dealerships, ResMo has an eclectic selection of rare vehicles. Case in point, my Gallardo SE was 1 of only 3 "gated" 6 speed manuals for sale in the US at the time.The ResMo staff are also car enthusiasts who are friendly, knowledgeable and yes, responsive. I worked with Yanni in Sales. Via text, phone & email, Yanni kept me current through the whole buying process. He even came in on Sundays (his usual day off) to meet me at the dealership. Alex, the Sales Manager is an industry veteran and has a wealth of knowledge.Fast forward to July '23 after a weekend of spirited driving the clutch went out (at least that's what I thought). ResMo also offers Service but I was hesitant as these are specialty vehicles. With a Lamborghini in the Bay Area your options are limited to paying a hefty premium through a dealer or waiting, in some cases months, for an independent Lamborghini mechanic to get you in. If you have stable of sports cars that may be okay but I keep just one exotic at a time & didn't want to wait.I had the car shipped to ResMo and after inspection the diagnosis was the clutch itself was fine. There was air in the hydraulic fluid which they swapped out & test drove a few times and that solved the problem.While they had my car in their possession, Melissa, Service Manager, kept me well informed using a innovative software platform that sends you text & email updates as well as the ability to authorize & pay for services from your phone or computer. At no charge the ResMo service team did a thorough inspection of everything else to make sure all is in good working order, including topping off fluids, checking tire pressure, etc.I'd braced myself for what I thought would be a large bill and was pleasantly surprised that it was a small fraction of that. Phew!Yesterday, when I went to pick up the car, it was so clean that it looked brand new! Someone had given it a thorough bath and minor detailing? --also "no charge"But before taking my car home I went to the shop in the back of the building to thank Nick, their lead mechanic. There I found Graham, the owner and all around great guy, working on a pet project GT3 - see story here: responsemotors.com/a-rub… Nick received a firm handshake and a 12 pack of Kona Beer for his excellent work!ResMo has made an outstanding first impression. They will continue to service my Gallardo and I'm confident my next purchase will be through ResMo. Yanni is already searching for my dream F355!

Bought a lightly used car from Yanni at Response Motors and had a great experience. I live 700 miles away so transaction was a little more complex but the car was exactly as described and Yanni followed through quickly throughout the whole process including coordination of shipping. I would work buy from this business again.
