I am very impressed with the Maintenance Team at this apartment. I submitted a request to fix a noisy toilet next Wednesday, but to my surprise, they resolved it on Saturday morning. The response was incredibly fast. The technician, Efrian, was very nice, friendly, and professional. He quickly fixed the issue that had been disrupting my sleep all week due to the noise. I'm very grateful to Efrian for his help.

Efrain, Jason and John were super amazing with maintenance work! They were super friendly and had amazing time with them. Not just with their friendly nature but with work they were super sharp and fast. They quickly resolved not one but two of our issues. Very impressed with the maintenance here!!

The maintenance crew in this building is unreal, in a most positive way. I had a maintenance request, I called the office. Sara picked up and calmed me down, and sent a maintenance crew literally within 120 sec. The names of the maintenance team is Efraim and John. Take notes. Fantastically smooth , timely, coordination between the business office and maintenance crew. 5/5 for sense of urgency and professionalism. Respect. This is how you keep tenants happy. This sense of urgency is what I pay for.
