The people there were very quick to respond, and fixed something that we thought was impossible to do. Javier was very kind and got to the center of the problem quickly and efficiently, and the team fixed the phone up in under a minute.Very nice service.

Knowledgeable technicians and good response time. They have a submittal form that makes some assumptions. When I entered my husband's name, email, and cell phone, the page generated a repair request with my name and email because the home phone was on the form as well and I had been a customer previously. Their communication seemed to default to our home phone. This delayed communication because the home phone, unlike texts to a cell, doesn't have a notification option if you are out.

Super professional service! They really live up to their name. I like the quick email alerts and responses. All very friendly and helpful staff! I brought my laptop for repair and despite small issue with charger (my fault as I forgot to mention laptop is from EU and naturally needs EU charger) my laptop was fixed and all data recovered very quickly. Very happy with it, thanks guys :)

Just called today (Friday 8/25) to ask if they could do iPhone screen repair, the guy was so extremely sweet and friendly and patient and I appreciated his help very much. We didn't go with these guys today for our need but I would recommend them for all of your tech needs.

These guys are absolutely amazing, both in their work and responsiveness. I had a PC issue and Quick Fix took great care of me all along the way.In my case it required a few different at-home troubleshooting trips, but I was only charged once and covered the rest of the way by the initial warranty. That fact alone really put me at ease and they definitely backed it up. Price was also quite reasonable and transparent.If you’re like me and panicking about your sudden computer issue choose this team! In good hands indeed!

I went to Quick Fix to get my old lap top repaired. The counter staff received my device and provided me with a brief explanation of the steps they would follow to diagnose and repair it. They kept me informed every step of the way via text. They estimated 5 working days. Exactly on schedule, they notified me that it was ready for pick up. Their fees are fair and the staff is knowledge, respectful and friendly. I will continue to use and recommend Quick Fix!

A few years ago, I came to repair my laptop. The screen (the outside plastic cover) and the top part of the laptop fell apart. I talked with the owner directly and got an estimated of around $200. I confirmed with the owner more than once that the whole top part of the laptop instead of just the plastic cover will be replaced. When I came to pick it up only the plastic cover instead of the whole top part was placed. I think the owner was intentionally lying.

I want change ssd and ram of my laptop but it has a defective screw that cannot be removed by any of my screw driver I spent an entire night on it but I didn't work. Today morning, I brought my laptop to Quick Fix, the owner remove the screw out in 5 seconds! Wow, that was so quick!. Sometime you really need professional to do the job!

We are a Custom Homebuilding company and a fire tore through our building complex on a very early Saturday one October 2022, morning ☹. The next day, Sunday am, Rami personally showed up to take all the systems to retrieve, clean and process. Less than 24 hours, we were back up. I would give him six stars if they let me!!!

I highly recommend Quick fix Computers!They ran diagnostics for free quicklybut because of warranty we had to send back to company for repair.
