Great location. Friendly and professional staff. Easy to schedule.

I couldn't believe the lack of empathy toward older adults. They expect them to be tech savvy and get on them for not understanding. One phlebotomist made an 85-yr. old cry about making an appointment (she had one) and another neglected to tell a 93-yr. old the directions on giving a urine sample after giving her 3 cleaning packets and no instructions about a "clean catch." I will never bring someone here again. They definitely need more people skill training and someone to oversee - I was appalled!!

The person drawing my blood did a horrible job. They continued to draw blood even after I told them I was feeling pain and tingly sensation. Now I have nerve damage that is going to take a few weeks to recover

Not sure what happened, but the needle came through my skin, and blood squirted on the floor, and the armrest, and dripped all down my arm and onto the phlebotomist's gloved hand. Having blood drawn is not anyone's favorite thing to do, but experiences like this one make me never want to go back to Quest again. The woman kept asking if I was OK and sure--I did not think I was dying--but what else was I supposed to say? It was not an OK experience. I left feeling shaky and nauseous.
Hours later I removed the bandage, and the slit wound (I assumed it would just be a puncture??) still bled! I had to sleep with a bandaid on it so I didn't stain my bedding or PJs.
Two stars only because the samples were taken and I received my test results by the next morning.

I was on time and was attended right away. I did not have to wait.

The medical technician was extremely proficient. I didn't even feel a prick for my blood test.

I visited this location for my annual comprehensive lab test. My insurance has always covered 100% without any out of pocket. They wanted to charge my credit card as they estimated there will be a co-pay. I requested them to bill my insurance and if there is a co-pay then I will pay them directly. They were not ready to move forward without charging my credit card. So of course I left. I found them shady and providing false information. I have visited other quest locations and they were always nice. The last thing I want is to haggle when I am fasting for more than 10 hours.

Excellent staff - my veins are thin and not easy to deal with. They did a good job.

The tech who met us was so rude, very unprofessional and angry.

Horrible experience! Avoid this location!
Stuff lacks elementary courtesy and respect for patients.
I understand that it is a hard work to draw blood, but work challenges should not be compensated by rude behavior towards visitors.

After two unsuccessful blood draws at other locations, Margie was incredible, getting the vein on the first time and quickly and efficiently filling the vials.
If you struggle with blood draws, this location has a bed / lie down option. And a Margie!

Came in on Monday. Thought the appointment online went through. Sadly I fasted and there was no appointment to my dismay.
Thankfully a kind staff person let me know that I probably hadn't filled out the online schedule properly. If I hadn't gone back in the hallway, I wouldn't have been able to talk to someone as there's no one at the front desk. that seems pretty typical sadly enough for quest locations because of the lack of staff.
Rescheduled for Tuesday and was grateful there was an appointment available.
I think the main problem with Quest is they need more people to serve the huge demand for blood testing.
Best thing about this location is the lovely Ikpreit. She was kind enough to answer my questions on Monday and was very friendly and sweet when I got my blood drawn on Tuesday.
Parking is easy at this location. And it's easy to find.

Quest only allows a 10-minute grace period for being late, but with just one check-in kiosk, it took me more than 10 minutes to check in even though I got there on time. So, I ended up having to walk in.

The QR code or 6 character code should be sufficient for signing in. Scanning dr. lic and medical Card seem unnecessary
