Very rude customer service and false advertising. We went here cause we needed passport pictures. It said online and at the front of the store we can do it here. We went inside and asked and lady said “we don’t do that here” and to go to CVS. I asked why don’t you do it here and she said very loudly and rude “CAMERA NOT WORKING”. That’s when I told her she should remove the sign in front.
My recommendation is to not go here ever. Lady was rude. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Chandra and Trinity are beyond amazing! I visited their shop every week for a month and half to ship out books and swag on behalf of my company. They were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable during each visit. I highly recommend utilizing their services whenever you have shipping needs!! Beyond grateful for each of them. This placed refused to service me for being Jewish.They told me to get service from USPS.Sad, the last time I saw such behavior was 1996, in Russia. Never believed that this plague would reach Los Altos

The person who works here is not interested in the customer, she is extremely rude even if you are polite to her, I quote her “Go USPS” so listen up and please take your business to somewhere else.

This is the worst PostalAnnex I have ever used. The story is I was using them as my virtual mailbox, and they lost my returned package 2 times. The Lady there is not really in a good mood or attitude, I am not sure if she is an owner that's why she can treat her customers like that. If you don't like your customer, please go home and don't stay there, remember to hire the one who knows how to be nice. Because of those reasons, I decided to terminate my virtual mailbox with them and rent the mailbox at another location of PostalAnnex. If you are going to use any service from them, I recommend driving further to another PostalAnnex, please never consider this store until they are well-trained to provide good customer service".

Worst place to get a service from. Stay away from here, and go to another place. Worst customer service, very rude and unprofessional workers or maybe they are the owners of this place. Take a look that there are so many negative reviews are there. YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RUN THE BUSINESS!!!

Very rude and unprofessional workers! Seems like they are the owners of this place. Can not provide a right service and denied to provide a return. My passport application got rejected, because they can not take a right pictures! IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have been using PostalAnnex for the last several years! The ladies are always smiling and very helpful! Knowledgeable about the many services and products they have. I have used a few other PO Box outlets and this is by far the best. Reasonable pricing and package receiving capabilities. My work requires a reliable location for materials to be delivered to. This is just that place! I have recommended others to use their services and will continue to do so!!

The lady who helped us was not very nice. I asked if I could take a look at the passport photo she just took and it was a hard no. Getting a digital version is also a hard no.We had no chance of checking whether the photo looks satisfactory. She just printed two photos and asked us to pay.We felt very rushed and not satisfied with the photos.The passport photo cost 15.35 here.

DO NOT drop off package at this location! I have had multiple packages disappear and stollen items. They are running several scams. 1) The manager will tell you that she will email you a receipt with your tracking (which she will not send). 2) They will steal your expensive return items and replace with cheap junk (that will later be mailed back to you from the retailer, so you won't get your refund). 3) They will not scan some of your packages and they will disappear, never to be recovered.All of this happened to me in the last few weeks! Beware!

Postal Annex is an absolute treasure. I use them for all of my professional shipping and have never once had an issue or any kind. All of my friends who use their services have had the same experience with this business!
