She noticed that the photo size wasn't correct and informed us that if we could bring the correct-sized photo back the same afternoon, she could help us submit the application without needing to reschedule another appointment. Thanks to her, we were able to submit our application smoothly and receive the passport.

Recently, I didn't receive a letter that my family sent, so I filled out a form on the postal system to inquire about it. Tran responded efficiently and found out that the letter was at this post office. When I went to pick it up the next day, the staff couldn't find it. I emailed Tran again, and she promptly looked for it and called me back to confirm it was indeed at the post office. When I returned, I was able to find it! Thanks to Tran's proactive and friendly assistance, I was able to retrieve this important letter, and my family and I are very grateful to her!”

“If your mail can't be delivered for some reason (for example your apartment mailbox key is broken and the landlord won't fix it) - and you live in mountain view (maybe other cities too?) they'll keep it here and you can pick it up. I just wish they had more days available”
