Misleading Information and Poor Communication
I brought my car to this shop after it was hit by a truck, hoping for honest advice on whether it was worth repairing. The manager assured me they could fix it and that the car would be safe to drive afterward. However, after spending thousands of dollars, I discovered that they only repaired the body bumper, completely ignoring serious mechanical issues that were never disclosed to me. When I raised these concerns, the manager denied ever guaranteeing the car's safety. I feel completely misled and regret trusting this shop. They took my money and left me with a car that's still unsafe to drive. Their argument that they only handle body repairs and not mechanical issues was never communicated upfront. They insisted I pay the full bill despite the unresolved mechanical problems and essentially told me to drive away with a car I don't feel is safe. I strongly advise against using this shop if you're looking for transparency and thorough service.

Horrible experience, very costly and have high costs and very bad customer service might cost you all what you have. just a bunch of thieves (1 star is more than they worth it) I had a small accident and they tell insurance as total and won't assemble car after that due to family emergency and they won't respond and call insurance with horrible reception.

I just had Crash Champions fix my car following a minor 'fender bender' incident. I was delighted with their work and wanted to enthusiastically recommend them. First, the staff I interacted with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They not only interacted professionally with me, but they were also polite and professional in interacting with personnel from our insurance. Second, the business seems to be very well managed. Their communication with us was outstanding. They quickly came up with an estimate for the work and an estimate for how long it would take to fix -- both of which were reasonable. The work was completed by the due date they indicated to us and the car body was back to looking like new. Our entire experience was highly positive.

I cannot say enough good things about Crash Champions on Moffett Blvd. I've taken my cars there a few times over the years and always had a positive experience. The workmanship is flawless, and their customer service is top flight. Highly recommend.

Quaint little building with a ton of history! Originally, 243 Moffett was the headquarters of Arrow Development, who supplied a vast portion of the original Disneyland attractions in 1955. Rides such as Dumbo, Teacups, Alice in Wonderland, and Matterhorn Bobsleds were manufactured in this building before the company relocated to Utah. Most of their original attractions such as mine train coasters are still operating to this day.

I am not a person who is easily frustrated or unsatisfied so for me to leave a negative review definitely says a lot about the treatment I have had to go through with this shop for the last 6 months. Unfortunately my catalytic converter was stolen from my truck on April of 2023 and was shortly towed to crash champions in Mountain View a few days after and since then it has been there sitting and collecting dust for over a half a year. I felt like I was in a hostage situation trying to figure out when my truck repairs would be finished and even being misled with false dates of the completion of the repairs. I couldn't caution anyone more to find a different shop. I eventually even took the truck back and received it plastered in dirt and fading from the hot sun. Couldn't recommend finding a different place more but that was my experience and opinion.
