Bad unethical people. I went to get my battery condition looked at. The person connected the tester meter and lied to me. It said Good Battery. I read it but he didn't realize that I could read the meter and he said the battery is no good. Liar.
I went to Auto Zone and Wheel Works and they told me the battery is just fine.

Do all the O'Reilly's in this area not have more than 1 single staff member that isn't hiding? This one claimed he was the only one in and couldn't help us even when the store was empty because "I'm the only one that's in right now" ? no wonder these O'Reilly stores have no customers inside, the workers don't have the will power to leave the counter to help in the slightest way

Good location, helpful employees and easy parking. I didn't have to wait long to receive assistance and the employee was knowledgeable.

I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was at this car part sales shop. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in assisting customers. They were more engrossed in their personal conversations and seemed annoyed when I interrupted them to ask for help. I was 7 minutes wait and finally someone come and he angrily scolded me saying why can't I wait for him? Really fun day. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, their attitude was incredibly disrespectful. They made me feel like I was wasting their time and asked me basic questions as if I had no knowledge about cars whatsoever. It was insulting and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the prices they were charging for the car parts were exorbitant. I found the same parts at other shops for much lower prices, but unfortunately, I had already wasted my time dealing with this place. I reluctantly purchased the parts, hoping that at least the quality would justify the . Overall, this car part sales shop is a complete nightmare. The staff's lack of professionalism, inflated prices, and low-quality products make it an establishment to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the time, money, and stress by looking elsewhere for your car part needs. Simply awful service!!!

I have no idea how Oreally has this guy Mario as a manager!!! how he became a manage? is a joke of manager I came to order parts for my customer car i asked him few times did you ordered he said yes now I'm here and guess what nop hi did not order it, Oreilly is a serious business how you guys have this kind of worke? I was sold the wrong battery for my key swab. The O'Reilly employee insisted it was correct and it was not. I went to the volkeswagon dealer and thankfully they gave me the correct one.

I like oreilly bc they'll run a diagnostic for a check engine light for free. Otherwise the people who work there are cool, but the range of knowledge is pretty large. Some know what they're talking about and some only know very basic things about cars. It's not a taller so I understand though.
