Company makes mistakes and makes employees pay for it from their paychecks. I.e. mistake made by Omnicell with maternity leave pay was subtracted from employees paychecks after returning to work.

Company severely lacks customer care for current customers.

Their sales department needs an overhaul. We're a current customer. So far it's taken almost three months to even get my first quote for an upgrade we need to do.
