Nightmare. Cold hot tub. Cold lap pool. All the commonly shared hallways are draped with soiled carpets. Complaints go unanswered. Do not move here unless you enjoy being ignored while paying a premium price.

Scheduled an appointment to tour, show up, and there's nobody in the office and nobody picks up the phone. If a prospective resident can't reach the office, it's a wonder if anybody can.

I should have come here to look at the reviews before trying to rent an apartment here. About a month ago I did an application to see try rent one of their apartments to move in the 1st of July. I received an email about four days later saying that my application was in it's final stage and I should hear something by the next day. The next day came and went with no response. I tried to reach out to them a few different times with no response. The 1st came and when without so much as any response. So after about another week going by someone reaches out and says that I was approved and to let them know if I wanted to move forward, which I did, for there to be no response again after me trying to reach out to them 3 more different times. If this is any indication and how they run their apartments it's probably a good thing that I have not signed a lease there. This is the most unprofessional way to run a business and they really need to do better.

Avoid at all costs. Amazon packages get lost, no water pressure, swimming pools are dirty, half of the building was flooded during rainfall in January 2023, the management is rude and will never listen to tenants. The experience just goes downhill.Proof: Half of the building is now empty! No one wants to live in this building.

This review is for the amazing service I received from Tony Ortiz ! This morning I found our water in our toilet has stopped working.I went immediately to the front desk and he happened to be there. Tony with his positive personality helped me right away with no hesitation, replaced the broken part within 5 minutes and voila the toilet was good as new. Later on my wife found out the bulb in our refrigerator no longer was working, it turned out the circuit breaker needed to be restarted, again he came in, opened the circuit box and got that working in no time -- what a service! Kudos to Tony, he deserves a raise!!

Cons:1) Unfair utility increases without notice. It was ~$90 for a 1 bedroom and they shot up the price to $1802) We have never been assigned a call button, every time we have to go to front door to pick up food or let our friends in3) water pressure is too low4) pool is dirty and barely functional5) management change happened in December and it has been detrimental to this place6) barely managed ground staff and dirty hallway carpets7) forced internet and cable pricespros1) closer to 85 and 101Please do not take up this apartment until all of these issues are fixed.

1. Missing packages due to theft and mailBox break-ins.I reached to the mail box in like 30 mins after I was notified by USPS and there was no package . USPS driver told me there has been theft and break-ins going on in the apartment complex. We weren’t notified by the staff though.2. Office staff doesn’t take any responsibility. There are cameras in the mail room but they wouldn’t care to check and will just tell you somebody must have stolen it. They are not present in the office most of the time. What is the use of those cameras then ?3. No WiFi in business rooms , gym or anywhere in the common area which makes the amenities futile .4. Unclean elevators , corridors , pool etc.5. It can take a week for them to respond to your maintenance request.6.Sudden increase in the utility by $100 / month. After asking the staff about this , he told me , everybody is facing the same issue but we don’t know the reason. The only good thing about this complex is the location and its proximity to the grocery stores , pharmacy.

I have lived at this location for almost a year before it was a acquired by Greystar. This "management" company appears to be completely useless; they shut down our online payment system, are not present in the office to accept rent checks, and have not answered emails for 3 weeks.

Definitely agree with some of the comments. The building is poorly managed. There is no communication from the office for maintenance issues, outages, etc. You have to do a lot of follow up to get any thing done. The management team has zero power to take any actions.

While needing an office space at the last minute we were able to have a recommendation from a tenant at the Oak Wood residence in Mountain View. We contacted the manager of the residence Donald and explained our situation. We would need a temporary spacious office area for our team and with all of the amenities that we might need. He was very understanding and was so kind to allow us to use the main floors office area while our permanent office was finalized. The main floors office space gave us the space we needed, with full access to use the restroom as well. The office area was kept clean every day thanks to their amazing maintenance team. We also had access to their mini fridge that allowed us to store our lunches and their working sink as well. On top of all of these great features we also really enjoyed the modern architecture of the office space, with a T.V inside, couches, and even separate office spaces that allowed us to have private meetings. We really appreciate all of their help and would definitely recommend this location.

Very poorly managed. The leasing agents are impossible to reach and make false promises about when you'll hear back from them.Once you sign the lease, they are so disorganized that they won't send you move-in information until the last possible second. After move-in, they completely ignore you. My unit had several major maintenance issues present immediately upon move-in, and the property manager kept saying they'd "send a tech over". The tech never arrived but the manager would make the same promise day after day.Even to this day, my maintenance requests are totally ignored and management only gets more incompetent/apathetic with every employee turnover. The building is not even 10 years old but it is so poorly maintained that it already looks decrepit. There are bugs everywhere, especially ants, flies, and spiders. Hallways are never cleaned so they look and smell disgusting, with dog urine stains and smells everywhere. They're also dark because at least half the ceiling lights are burnt out. Same problem in the underground garage and the trash rooms. Everything from the elevator to the gate in the parking garage to the gym equipment to the BBQ to the pool is frequently broken. The security staff act really weird. They "patrol" the building at night but they mostly just harass residents or creepily stare as people walk by. One of them once stopped walking right as I was entering my unit and just stood there watching me and peering through my door until I got inside and shut it in his face.Recently, a unit just 2-3 doors down from mine caught fire and the management failed to notify building residents about the incident. I wasn't home when this happened and I only found out about it many weeks later. This building is clearly mismanaged, unmaintained, unsanitary, and unsafe.

Good facility, terrible management.Lived there for 2.5 years, At first back in 2019 it felt great - fresh facility, well maintained, smells good everywhere, clean hallways etc. Once covid hit everything went downward. Management changed, common areas closed, and staff didn’t seem to care pretty much about maintaining anything even cleaning trash rooms and hallways (in fact, the trash chute latch got broken and they didn’t fix it for 7 months, everyone piled leaking trash bags just on the floor, smelled awful, sending complaints over email and phone calls didn’t help the situation. After the latch was fixed many people still were dumping their trashbags on the floor, management didn’t even bother to make the announcement about the fix anyhow. Little to none emails have been sent whatsoever. No announcements, no information and updates about anything. Mail break-in? No updates. Also the staff barely response to any incoming emails.- Stains on the carpets was cleaned only once for 2.5 years.- Pool and spa hasn’t been cleaned after lockdown reopening even after a numerous complaints.- No outside window cleaning was provided. Considering the complex claims themselves luxury, it’s weird.- Someone dropped rice in the hallway - was cleaned after a !!week!! lying there.I had an amazing experience at first and was super happy to live there, but it wasn’t for long due to the terrible management.

Looks newer than other apartment complexes and has a pretty high price point ($4k / month for a 2 bed) but has several significant problems with basic utilities:1. Water pressure: it is ridiculously low, almost like a trickle. Showering, washing hands, cooking - every daily routine process slows down wasting a lot of time cumulatively. We were told MV law is to have low pressure but other apartments and restaurants don’t seem to have this issue.2. Forced to use slow internet: you have to take what is provided at almost $100/month. No other option. Advertised at 200mbps (which is quite low for the price), BUT the actual is way worse at around 25 -50 mbps (as measured several times on speed test). WFH is pretty hard here due to poor internet.3. No responses on maintenance portals - requests lie open for weeks with no actions.

Donald the manager can improve on his professionalism. I feel you will have a poor management experience here. Also, the hot tub, bbq grill are broken, the hallway rug is damp and smells of dog urine. But lack of customer service was a deal breaker for me.
