Very rude customer service. I walked over to the helper lady at the back of the store and she shoo’d me away to the front of the store saying I was in a “restricted area”- how else am I supposed to get her attention and where does it say “employees only”?
Spoke to me the entire time like she was doing me a favor making me a bouquet. Walked out of the store.

I was a walk-in customer. I picked up a dozen roses for the girl. She loved them, and they lasted over a week. There was just a little bit of wait. but they put that time into the bouquet I picked up. it was perfect.

It's a reliable shop that is also open on Sundays. We bought a bouquet of flowers for our daughter's graduation ceremony the next day. Even though it was a sudden visit, he prepared my daughter's favorite light blue flowers. I want a babies' breath, But, It happened to be sold out (because it was about to close on Sunday) Why don't she buy it at Safeway and add it to the bouquet? He also gave me advice, and even wrapping paper and ribbons as a service!!!
The amount of money is also very conscientious and it's a very kind shop.

I normally do not post but I have to give props to Grace. She did a fantastic job on this bouquet for my wife. She went above and beyond. She is not normally open on Sundays but made an exception for me. I would definitely buy flowers here again and recommend her business.

Mountain View Grant Florist is a fantastic pick for a dependable florist. The ordering process is simple, and the personnel is friendly and sensitive to your needs. The flowers themselves are lovely, vivid, and fresh. The delivery service is courteous and timely. I highly recommended them for any occasion where flowers are required.

I called a few days before Valentine's Day. Since my girlfriend likes deep red/purple colors I ordered a dozen deep purple roses. I spoke to Grace and she told me that they had something but it was not quite clear what they had. I asked for either deep purple or dark red roses. I asked for the price of a dozen roses on the phone and I heard something that sounded like $9.95 or $19.95. I figured it must have been the second but it sounded too good. I do not recall ever buying roses before so I figured I would go for it. They asked me if I wanted to pay on the phone or in person and I chose the second option. I showed up at the store a few days later after work. It was the 14th of February. I asked for the flowers and I was presented with a dozen pink/white roses. They were absolutely distant from what I ordered. I asked if they had something like dark red and they showed me something that looked like dark red but ugly roses. I stopped to think for a second and I had no choice. I got screwed. Meanwhile, they were serving other people and it was not clear who was talking to who. I asked how much it was and the bill was $107.98. I got screwed a second time. Next time I go to buy flowers I will go in person. I ain't getting screwed like that again.

Very beautiful flower arrangements and friendly service!I was looking for a flower arrangement for my aunt’s birthday but didn’t really have anything particular in mind other than red roses. But I am very happy with how the bouquet turned out!

They came through for me as a walk-in just before close of day. Arranged a beautiful emergency bouquet for my wife on a very special day. I plan to allow more prep time in the future, but they've already proven themselves and will be my go-to florist shop moving forward! Thank you, Reina and team!
