Extremely overpriced. For a MacBook Battery Replacement charging $400. Not even cost of old 2015 laptop. Better look for other options. Even Apple store is cheaper

Quick and nice service. I had AppleCare on my laptop so it was free to replace the battery - can't comment on pricing. But overall great experience.

DO NOT GO THERE! A year ago my iMac's hard drive stopped working, I brought it there since it's Apple certified. However, this is what happened to me: After the service, they claimed that I didn't bring a power cord with it, but I was 100% sure I did. I asked them to check the security cam but they refused. I had to keep arguing and went back for the 2nd time and they finally gave me a super dirty and old one (not mine). A couple months later when I chatted with friends, I realized that I paid a lot for changing a SSD (a total of $700+). I then checked the model they swapped for me, basically they charged "3 TIMES" of what's sold online (same model), NOT INCLUDING the labor fee! A year later, my "new" SSD is now lagging all the time, even though I've doubled my ram (not through them, never again). I doubt the quality of this drive to be good. Overall they just don't seem to be ethical with the power cord and the price. I will never return to that store. Be careful if you choose to.

I approached Mobile Kangaroo by recommendation of Apple website. I am happy with the service received. The technician explained all the possibilities about the diagnosis and the repair when it came to repair. Once the repair is finished on my MacBook, the unit is in fine condition. None of the possible loss of data happen and the repair finished ahead of time as the battery and case parts arrived ahead of time. All in all it was a pleasant experience to get my Mac repaired at Mobile Kangaroo

I needed my battery replaced on my 2016 Macbook Pro, so I took it in on a Monday. I scheduled an appointment and brought it in for servicing the same day. The employee at the front was very polite and efficient with processing my computer and gave me a 3-6 day window within which the replacement would be complete. It was finished by the end of the week! No complaints, just great customer service all around - would come back for more help if needed.

My iPhone needed a new battery. I was concerned about COVID safety and of course about being without my phone. I shouldn't have worried. These folks offer pickup and delivery for a very reasonable $20. They picked up my phone at 11 am and brought it back at 3 pm the same day. The delivery people wore masks and respected my distance. And the phone works just fine now. Excellent service!

Our 2010 MacBook Pro was just completely arthritic. Mobile Kangaroo's team upgraded our RAM to max 8GB and installed a new 500MB SSD HD. The machine FLIES now. They installed the compatible OS (High Sierra) to the old Intel chipset and now on a GBE connection the machine is ready for its new life in year 2021. They also returned the original memory and HD for our e-disposal. I heartily recommend Mobile Kangaroo. Their frequent text updates, quick overnight on parts orders, professional and courteous conduct and Covid safety adherence make them a Silicon Valley Mac service treasure. Five Stars!

AVOID! Scammers! Apple Authorized but Not the best! Misdiagnosed my computer, tried to up charge me, and won't refund my deposit. I took my 2019 macbook pro with touch bar to Mobile Kangaroo for a display issue. The computer was never dropped and had no water damage but the display just started to go one day. Online the diagnostic cost is quoted at $69 but when I went in store it was $99 because it was display related. I paid and dropped off my computer. The next day, I received a call that my whole display would need to be replaced and it cost $700. Being that my computer had no damage I could not believe this. I brought my computer to UBreakIfix and when I told the worker what happened, he was appalled with what Mobile Kangaroo did. My computer just had a loose wire making the display fuzzy. Mobile Kangaroo was trying to charge me $700 in repairs that I did not need! I reached out to them to get a refund on my deposit but they refused. Now my computer is completely fine and I saved myself hundreds of dollars!

Very courteous - but a waste of time I have used the Fremont location for all my needs and am very happy. Today i visited the store for a repair (cracked back on iphone x) still under Appllecare warranty. I went there only because that was the location and appointment available thanks to COVID scheduling by Apple centrally. After the diagnostic, i was informed that i need to give my phone for a "test/ validation by Apple - the store would send it to Apple and then inform me of the next steps / decision. Duration 2 weeks and no standby phone. Not acceptable and not wishing to have any argumentative discussion i walked out. Sitting outside in the parking lot, out of curiosity to see and visit another Apple location nearby, Apple online had a Express Repair option. I clicked that and after giving my serial number the rep at the other end on the chat is sending me a REPLACEMENT PHONE - express shipped! This makes me think there is a problem with the Mountain View store running and process. The Fremont store of Mobile Kangaroo has always given prompt fixes as needed or replacement all through the years - even in 2020. The Apple answer and process was customer friendly and solved the problem. I would highly recommend Mobile Kangaroo in Fremont at the same time as the management to review the incident and process in Mountain View. I would avoid it at any cost given that my half day was wasted.
