TerribleThe staff need a lot more training and they said they give a discount on activation and there not gonna charge new sim card but they do charge u $10. Installation is $25. If your total is $36. They ripping u off. Better to go to stevencreek office where they real know how to set up your phone and they don't rip u off and steal your money. So sad.

Takes them like 35 minutes just to pay your phone bill because the app is awful and never works and they always only have one employee working meanwhile there's 5 people in store waiting. Terrible place honestly
