Over the years I've been working for Killroy Pest Control to keep the unit's pest-free. Dan is consistently prompt and organized, always having the keys ready for inspections and services, which ensures that the process runs smoothly.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Betina for her exceptional customer service. She always greets me with a smile and is eager to help when I provide invoices. She also does a fantastic job following up with residents to ensure they're prepared for treatments when necessary.
Overall, I highly recommend Maplewood for their professionalism, efficiency, and top-notch customer service. Their commitment to keeping the unit's pest-free is truly appreciated, and their team members like Dan and Betina make working with them a pleasure."

Dan is polite, capable and efficient. Every issue I have had since I have started renting my apartment Dan and sorted out very quickly.

Betina and Jizel at the leasing office are great at helping deal with difficult issues, and the community is very quick to respond to and address maintenance requests. It’s safe, located well, and the one year I’ve spent living here has been a great experience!

The Duplex is looking great, clean and staff is friendly. Dan is quick and responsive when we need some appliance help. The parking has gotten a lot better especially the safety. The rooms are nice and spacious I enjoy the extra digital washer and dryer la happy I don't need to get quarters as it's upgraded to "washconnect" lastly, the duplex is close near by almost everything shoreline, Castro and delicious restaurants.

My dad just moved out of MapleWood, after living there several years. All the staff are kind and wonderfully helpful and very responsive to any inquiry. A huge plus is Dan, the handyman, lives on site. He is incredibly responsive, helpful and kind with every inquiry. The apartment feels safe, in a gated community requiring key entry at the various gate entrances. The apartment is comfortable, with in-unit laundry. I absolutely recommend this apartment complex.

Avoid at all costs. I had to take them to small claims court to recover my deposit. Maplewood has a history of improperly withholding the deposit.The buildings are run down, badly maintained, and the smell of smoke lingers throughout the hallways

Zeus Housing rents out a unit in this complex. This place is a ghetto. Building is straight from 1965 and absolutely decrepit.You can’t even enter the parking lot without destroying the underbody of your car. The entrance is so poorly designed you will scrape your underbodyElectronic Front gate entrance wasn’t working so was locked out of the complexBuilding smells like deathNo sound proofing, sleeping in the bedroom is like camping on a busy expresswayBikes were haphazrdly in my assigned parking spot when I moved in
