My girlfriend and I purchased a mattress and frame from them. My mattress was delivered two weeks ago and yet I still do NOT have my bedframe. Absolute disgrace. Their solution? They gave me $30 credit, WOW!!! And still they have no delivery date for me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do wrong and very little right. The only good thing is I have up to a year to return the bed and it's just what I may do. It would be a shame though, it's a great mattress.

Regarding the Dream Cloud mattress I really wanted this to be the definition of it's name. Sadly this is No Cloud and absolutely no dream. It should be called "Rockmare"

I purchased a Dreamcloud primer several months ago. I noticed the mattress never inflated properly. It sags to the right by almost 2" inches. I called Dreamcloud and they said it's "not covered ". So I'm stuck with a bad mattress and I'm disabled. Not what do I do? I threw out my old mattress. Don't believe the 100% warranty and don't buy this mattress!!

Ordered their premiere hybrid. JUNK. Manufactured nearly 3 inches short of a "King" sized mattress. Had a production tag with a date showing it'd been sitting vacuum sealed in a box for over 4 months. No wonder it looked so terrible. NOT easy returns. Customer service does everything in their power to prevent you from returning. Unfortunately, like most mattress companies today, these folks are cons and scammers trying to push bad product out to consumers knowing that many won't have the time to deal with returning a large heavy mattress. Don't order from 'em.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Defective product and no customer service whatsoever. Got the mattress, and all the edges have no support they are a few inches lower than the middle. Tried to contact by email, phone online customer service, initial request was acknowledged, and zero follow up and since then they've been silent. I reckon the great reviews shown on their website are probably all fake. I should've checked in yelp before purchasing. You would be much better off going to an actual store like and able to try what you buy.STAY AWAY from DreamCloud, worst experience.

Ordered the Nectar mattress and the bedding bundle (pillows, sheets, and mattress cover). Shipped within five days. Yup, came in two boxes. A five star review. Simple to unbox. Nice memory foam for a side sleeper, like me. The price was nice too. It comes with a 365 day return guarantee.

Do not buy from them. Worst customer service ever. I ordered a mattress and frame. I get a delivery date and make room for my new bed. The mattress was delivered to my door in a torn box and two weeks later the frame arrives and is damaged. To their credit they sent a replacement frame, but it took 3 more weeks to arrive. I had to pay to have the broken one disposed of.The mattress was terrible, called customer service and they say their mattresses sometimes never recover from being rolled up in the box, give it 30 more days before you can return it.Finally when I go online to return it, they refer me Sharetown based in Utah. They can't help because they have no offices on the west coast. I now need to donate it to get any money back. I go through the long process and donate it per their instructions, now can't get my money back for the frame. $475Dreamcloud says I had to return the frame within 50 days. I was told to donate both the mattress and frame or get zero money back. Total Scam

I am leaving this review before receiving the product to share the idiotic level of customer "service" offered by this company. Prior to placing my order for a bed and mattress, I called Dreamcloud to see how long it would take to deliver the items as I would be out of town on vacation until March 2. I was advised that it would take 2 to 4 business days to process and 2to 4 business days to ship. I placed the order on February 21. Imagine my surprise when I received an email on February 22 advising me that the bed would be delivered on February 25! Dreamcloud would do nothing to delay the shipment, just referring me to FedEx. Even more troubling, they refused to look into when the mattress would be shipped, just telling me to wait for an email. I hope that their product isn't as crappy as their customer service!

DO NOT BUY!! Sadly, their products are horrible quality. One month of use and the stuff is already falling apart. Plus it took over 3 months to even arrive. I was so happy to finally move to a king mattress and saw many ads for their products so went for it. I had a black beauty rest hybrid prior in a Queen and it was SO MUCH BETTER!!! I'm so sad I didn't just buy a king version of it -- ugh. Thankfully you can return the mattress, but it's going to be such a hassle AND they will not replace the sheets that fell apart (coming undone at seams, etc) -- live and ya learn I guess but I'm telling you -- go buy something else!! Not worth the hassle and to top it off, while ver responsive, they haven't been great with service on this :/

I ordered a mattress on May 30 and was told it would be delivered between June 4 and June then in June 11th the estimated ship date was June 18-24... I check this morning and now they have updated to July 24th. DO NOT Order from them. I could have went up the street and ordered from a reputable store and be relieved by now and actually have a bed that I paid for. They have had the funds fir. Month now and no one gives me info. Pray I get my money back!!!! It's bait and switch!!!! Not one person has called me to see why I'm frustrated. They take ur money and never give u an honest update. Don't purchase dreamcloud.com or ur time will be spent with constant follow up and empty promises or excuses. Be upfront with your consumers and let them decide if they want to wait two months for your productA very disappointed consumer.
