This is my rating for La Plaza’s taqueria. I love their tacos and service. Super delicious, authentic tortillas and the meat is seasoned well. I usually order tacos de pollo which already come with radishes/limes and salsas of your choice. I do make sure to order a separate order of grilled onions/jalapeños as well. Back then (when this place was named Mi Pueblo) everything was included in your tacos - now you must pay for some accompaniments like said onions/jalapeños, which makes sense because of rising costs. I also used to order their burritos when named Mi Pueblo, so gotta try those again. Nonetheless, their portions are still filling and I’ve always been satisfied with the taste. I do wish they improved some of their salsas. Some lack in flavor and I assume those are ones that come bottled and others taste more fresh like their orange salsa frita.

Some things are cheaper here than other stores (mostly produce) others are more expensive than other stores. I bought 5 packs of tortillas and found them cheaper elsewhere. Asked if I could return them (just minutes later when I was at the other store) and they said no. Price check other stores first because they will not match or refund you. Customer service can be good sometimes and not so great others.

cool market with grill chicken station outside and mexican food (tacos and burritos). I didn't check out inside though. you can order from outside for the grill chicken (7$ish for half and $14 for full) and the tacos/burritos. fast service. across from train tracks and the Rengroff park.

Could be better, associates and or staff members are trying their very best to be knowledgeable about certain missing store items that's why I had to grade this one a 4 out of 5, for now thanks!!

I found La Plaza Market to have a decent selection, but it's noticeably smaller than other locations. Prices are on par with nearby stores, but the real gems are the weekly specials - they can save you some good money.

Nice market for produce and meat. Their Mexican cheese collection has good variety. They have breads daily and a food counter outside for tacos.

Their horchata is very strong on its flavor and not watery at all! Which is an A+ !! Their menu prices are also very decent as it sounds reasonable for the items. I ordered a quesadilla with birria meat and it was honestly exactly as I had expected it to be. Nothing too fancy but hit the spot. One thing though that kind put me off the mood on the quesadilla was that i had a WHOLE BAY LEAF ! And took a bite and ate it sadly as i didnt notice till i was half into the bay leaf! Lol. Im Glad they season well although please make sure this does not happen again to any other customers ! :) besides that customer service was amazing and the wait time was no longer than 5 minutes.

I love to shop in this store even if I live in Sunnyvale..Custumer service is GREAT..Manager Jose is really nice..Crew in Meat department are very Helpful..Juan,Hector n Felipe are very HELPFUL..Their meat are fresh..I enjoyed shopping there..??????

Had three tacos (al pastor, carnitas, chorizo) and a pork tamale. Both the tacos and tamale were super solid, the tacos came with the traditional accompaniments of white onion, cilantro, and salsa. Probably the best selection of meets and price of any nearby taco place I've eaten at.

Definitely not as good as Mi Pueblo when I wrote the original review 12 years ago. Got Quesabirria, Al pastor and carnitas tacos. Quesabirria was dry and tasteless, no consommé. The carnitas was also not very good, and the Al pastor was the least bad. Got a pork tamale, very dry and bland. Horchata was a little funny tasting (metallic?) and watery because it was sitting around for a few minutes with ice melting in it before they gave it to me ... maybe it was meant for someone else?
