I had a great experience at Kings Auto Shop. We needed to get a few deep scratches repaired on one side of the car. George was very kind throughout the process, and gave us excellent guidance on how to navigate the insurance claim. After we dropped off the car, George handled all of the communications with the insurance. George and his team did a beautiful job with the repairs and the car looks just like new. When the repair took slightly longer than expected because of a power outage, George immediately arranged for us to have a rental car so that we were not burdened by the delay. They even washed/vacuumed the whole car without us asking for it. Our experience with George and his team was fantastic, and I highly recommend Kings Auto Shop.

I couldn’t say more positive things about my experience at Kings, specifically with George. Just moving to the Bay Area I did not have any knowledge on car body shops or where to go, grateful to have found such a reliable and kind shop. I needed my passenger side mirror replaced and George quickly ordered the parts and fairly prices the work. Not only did they replace my mirror beautifully but they washed my extremely dirty car for me after the job was done (without me asking for it). I highly recommend Kings - this is actually one of my first reviews posted, only because I strongly believe they deserve your business!!

George and the team at Kings Auto Shop are fantastic. We've had two cars repaired here: a BMW X5 and a Tesla Model S.
The BMW X5 needed repairs due to a hit-and-run. George provided excellent guidance on dealing with the insurance claim, and the repair work was flawless—it looks like new. We were so impressed that we brought our Model S in for some repairs as well. George handled everything, including communicating with the insurance company, and I noticed even made sure the Tesla was charged to avoid low voltage issues. The quality of the repairs was outstanding. We truly appreciate all the help and are very thankful to George and everyone at Kings Auto Shop.

This is a perfect and trustworthy place to repair your car. My car was dented and damaged but was fixed here recently. It now looks like a new one. Also, he did extra work; I was not charged for that. George is very knowledgeable and does his job very well. He even dealt with my insurance, so I did not have to worry about anything. He is a super great and friendly person. He answers all your phone and texts for updates. I would suggest getting a service here—a highly recommended place.

Great service going above and beyond. I had 2 different sets of repairs from multiple incidents and a bunch of other small fender benders. George helped me decide between using the insurance vs. paying out of pocket to avoid the premium increases. The whole process was really smooth. They dealt with the insurance for any adjustments etc. and took care of the some of the extra scrapes on his own and the car now looks great.. like nothing ever happened to it. When we couldn't go pick the car due to a personal situation he offered to bring it in. Overall great experience.

Grateful that I found this place. George is very knowledgeable and does his job fast and well. He is super patient and is willing to help me navigate a very difficult situation with my insurance company. He has answered so many questions of mine, helped with my pricing, and even helped me cut my cargo mats to fit my car for free. He also made scheduling easy for me and would always return my call. He is a professional with true care for his customers. I highly recommend this place.
