Good hotel for the business traveler who is OK with the essentials: Room with a desk, simple bathroom, free WiFi and continental breakfast. Convenient location in Mt. View, easy to get to, and restaurants are close.

No front desk staff, only an overseas call center employee at a video kiosk. They are nice but they really don't take the place of in-person staff. Rooms smell like mildew and chemicals. Threadbare towels, no safe, single-pane windows that let in freeway noise.

So, if you are planning on staying here, I would bring earplugs! The room itself was okay, but the light that comes through the windows is very bright. Self check in kiosk is kinda weird as well.
