Accidentally booked a room for the wrong dates which were still 2 months ahead. Noticed it and Called right away and rude manager did not want to give me a refund. Now I'm stuck paying for something I'm not going to stay at.

What's up with the hotels in Silicon Valley, the 80s called and want their dark wooden furniture back. Ah well, that's what you get if you're looking for an affordable but clean hotel. My room was 301, it was an apartment size and suitable for wheelchairs. That means massive bathroom with a seat in the shower. Bed was comfortable, aircons not too loud. I didn't test the breakfast here, which indeed you'll eat in your room. Regarding the blinds comment of another review, they're behind the red curtains that are just there for show.Parking conveniently underneath the hotel.Tip for runners: drive 15min to Deer Hollow Farm Trailhead, run to High Meadow Vista Point for a great Sunrise!

We stayed here recently and had a good experience. The room was clean and front desk was friendly. They serve a large assortment of breakfast food in the morning, including coffee with different creamers and sweeteners. I accidentally left some of my belongings behind, and the hotel was very accommodating in making sure I got them back. The room rate was good for a last-minute stay, would stay here again!

Price is reasonable for the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 20 min walk to Mountain View main downtown. One thing is the blinds don’t shut all the way so the light from the lamps and cars outside was a bit distracting.Gym is small but there is an area to do some floor exercises and a mat.Agent at the desk was very friendly checking me in. Very comfortable stay so far.

What a pleasant surprise! Nice big room. Super handy location for seeing a show at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. Amazing range of breakfast, from DIY pancakes to fresh fruit and bacon. No remote for the AC but we worked it out. Little bit of noise transfer room-to-room but not unreasonable. Overall, we'd definitely stay again.

Room is okay, but very limited parking space , if you happen to stroll around and come back it's hail Mary you have to find parking on the street, hopefully its safe. They have EV parking installed for tesla and others but they charge $10 but you can see if they can give it as complimentary also they dont have designated spot for EV anybody can park on tge same are . big Truck is a no no unless you occupied2 spot. And also ev is not fast charge so not really worth paying $10buck. Over all itsJust okay.

Receptionist made my brother from HK call them to add me as a guest. I was at the holiday inn express Redwood City right before this one and they didn’t ask for the same. Both Bookings were made through IHG app. Found it weird. The attitude was a

Overpriced for a 2 star hotel and double the price compared to "Super 8" down the street which is also a 2 star hotel. For the same price get yourself a 3 star hotel down the block "Residence Inn by Marriott Palo Alto Mountain View". Also terrible management that charges your credit card extra without reaching out to you first. Jocelyn Catacutan and Edith I'm quite surprised Holiday Inn still has you representing a known corporation. Don't worry Jocelyn I've already reached out to my bank and they will be removing your extra fees. STAY AWAY from this hotel people. Soon to be a 1 star hotel...

We just had the worst experience celebrating my sister's birthday in this hotel and we will never stay in a Holiday Inn again. The Chinese lady in the lobby made a huge deal because we had 5 people total staying in the room which has never been an issue in any hotel. She put her manager on the line and insisted only four people could stay and the other person had to leave or to call the cops. This morning we got charged an extra $100 charge. To the owner of this place, the manager of this place, Jocelyn, she is a horrible manager. Also the Chinese lady down in the lobby refused to give us her name and also had stated she was the manager which was a brutal lie. Incident happend on 03/05/23 at 2am.Update:We were never informed that there were noise complaints otherwise we would have lowered the noise plus other people should note that this place has very thin walls. The issue here is that we tried the pay the extra $15 per person and "Edith" did not allow us to. The situation could have been avoided if we would have approached us politely and informed us that we needed to pay the extra $15 fee. Instead she approached us in a nasty and rude demeanor. The person in the morning that I talked to in the morning verified with me that the person in the lobby is in fact not a manager. Not only is this place rude but also clearly dishonest based on your reply. We went to this place just get ready and dressed up to go to a nearby club and go back to get some rest. If it would have been brought up to our attention that we were being loud we would have lowered the noise as mentioned. On top of that if we we're informed that we would next to pay the extra $15 per person politely we would have done so without any issues.

Clean, goes heavy on the conveniences I need, staff were all very nice.Locking safe, fridge, microwave, free wi-fi, plenty of electrical outlets, free breakfast, comfy bed, drying line in shower, water for sale in lobby, coffee/hot water in lobby. Very clean all over. Five out of the five staff we saw were very nice, made eye contact, and smiled. We come to the Bay for medical appointments, and if we need to stay, this is a reliable, stress-free, comfortable stay. ❤️?❤️

I stayed 8/19/22-8/21/22. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I am not from the area and chose this hotel purely based on photos online. I reserved an accessible king room. My girlfriend and I arrived 4 hours before check in. The front desk staff made us comfortable at a table while they got our room ready. They refilled our water bottles and gave my service dog water. When our room was ready, they moved our bags for us which was so appreciated as we both use wheelchairs and it would have been a lot of work for us. The room was incredible. It was clean and comfortable. It was great that there was a microwave and refrigerator! The breakfast was delicious (the cinnamon rolls were just as I remembered!). Everyone I encountered was so kind. I highly recommend this property.

I would have given this place at least 4 stars until day 2 when they moved a family with VERY rambunctious children in above us. Constant thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, kaboom above us made the stay much less pleasant. I get they the hotel can't control people's kids, but they could put families with kids on the first floor. The breakfast was decent, but why no potatoes like other Holiday Inns that we have stayed at. Also, at the prices they are charging a pool would have been nice. On the positive side was all of the staff and the overall condition and state of repair off the room. Also, cold AC. Very important given the climate (overpopulation) crisis.
