Ahmed provided a great, authentic customer experience. He made the entire process easy and even enjoyable. Checking the car in and out was easy and we were able to start and end our journey seamlessly. Will definitely be coming back to this location and would recommend to others.

The worst experience for car renting, the staff were very unprofessional and can not provide the solution for you timely! We made the reservation 1 month before the trip and confirmed on site also, but they told us we can not rent the car the same day on my trip without any notice. Will never choose them again!!

This place is was SUPER HELPFUL. Ahmed was so helpful this morning, getting us into a car. He took the time to get my mom and I into a car to help her move to Sacramento. He was a total lifesaver today.

Professional, very helpful people. So nice. I had issues , Ahmed (sorry if wrong spelling :)) really helped me to fix them.
Car was good, no issue at all. I paid the expected price, no surprise.
Would go there again without hesitation .

I made a reservation through AAA at the Sunnyvale 510 E El Camino Real location. They left me a voice message on the day of my reservation to say they didn’t have any cars to lease - without offering any possible solutions!! Even though the Hertz Mountain View location wasn’t available on AAA due to lack of inventory,, I reached out to the store directly and Julian answered!! I told him my situation and he checked and found a return of the same SUV type vehicle I reserved scheduled at the time I needed it! He promised to call me when it arrived. I got the call, much earlier than expected and went directly there to get the exact SUV I had reserved and Julian had already put a rush to make sure it was detailed and prepared for rental! I am so grateful to Julian who was understanding, professional and kind and did everything he could to get me on my way on time!! I hope Hertz appreciates the 5 star employee they have in Julian! He could just as easily told me they have nothing in inventory and nothing more, like the first location I called. But Julian went the extra mile and salvaged a very discouraged HERTZ customer and made me a happy one!! Still a little disappointed with Hertz, but I’d trust this location every time! Thank you Julian, you are the sole reason for this 5 star review!!

Do not rely on this Hertz location. They will always say that they are overbooked and won’t honor the reservation. I booked 4 days in advance, received multiple confirmations and reminders of the booking, but they said the no car is available when I actually showed up. Happened with me twice.

My parents were visiting from abroad and had a great experience renting a car here.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful and the service was amazing.
My parents also asked me to leave a comment saying that the boss was right and Real Madrid won! ⚽️

The worst rental place I’ve been to… I reserved a midsize car and when I went there to pick up the car, they wanted to give a compact electric car. Or I had to pay more to upgrade the model.

I've always had an excellent experience renting from this place. The folks are nice, calm, and collected. They were helpful in assisting me and giving me options.One thing for folks wanting to rent from here:But they do get busy starting at around 8AM with folks dropping in to rent and return. So, don't come in expecting you'll be out in 5 minutes. Plan accordingly. Assume you'll have to wait about 15 minutes if you are coming during the rush hour.This will save you from getting upset at yourself/staff when you are not helped immediately.

Very frustrating experience. Booked a vehicle and got the confirmation, but when picking up the vehicle they told me it’s not available unless I upgrade significantly. They didn’t even feel sorry.
