The rooms are close to a busy road with little sound isolation. The TV (even though it was turned off) got reset in the middle of the night blasting the welcome screen with full brightness, making me get up.

Nice clean hotel, but walls are a bit thin. Early morning wake up with very loud doors and non stop train horns. Other then the noise, hotel is nice and decent location.

Stay away.We have a Corporate office very close to this property and have used them through the years. I have since retired, I received an invitation to attend a surprise get together for the Owner on October 21st. I made a reservation in August through Travelocity. I've used Travelocity for 20 years for flights and stays, never had an issue. A week later we were notified that the Owners health was declining rapidly. I contacted Travelocity to cancel or change the reservation. They reached out twice and were told the Manager that makes that decision is not in. The third time, they were told no refund or change is allowed. That took over a month. It's not even the cost, it's the principle. I reached out to Hilton, they said contact Travelocity to take care of this. Wow, great idea. I did already.Knowing that contacting would get me nowhere. I used the contact us link. And, what a shocker! I was correct. 34 minutes I'll never get back. I posted the review, she asked for my confirmation number and my name. She couldn't find anything. I told her I've already accepted the fact I won't see $358 and I was not going to call the property because of the run around they gave to Travelocity. I have already submitted a request to close my Hilton Honors account (don't care how many points I have) and at the end of the month my Hilton Amex will be closed.

Stayed for a couple of nights while visiting for work. The hotel met my needs. The breakfast options were really nice. I had oatmeal and scrambled eggs.

At check in the young lady was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help find a mechanic. As we pulled into the parking lot the alternator went out it was after 5 pm and most shops were closed or closing, some mechanic shops were not going to be open on Sunday. She found a mobile mechanic for my husband. He called and they came right over and after a few hours had a new alternator in.At breakfast the following morning we were impressed with the variety of choices we had. The oatmeal was the best my husband had two servings.Margarita kept the area clean and organized as guest kept coming in to eat. Very friendly and helpful.The morning desk clerk was very helpful as well.We would recommend Hampton Inn Suites in Mountain View to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and we would love to come back.Thank you for your service.

The bed and pillows were very good. The air conditioning worked well. Room was quiet and clean. The bathroom was nice but the drain in shower was very very slow, taking well over thirty minutes to empty after showering.Though breakfast is included, I took a look at it and opted to skip. Front desk staff were friendly. Location is very convenient to Google campus.

The first time that I've left and went to another hotel. The only room they had for me was on the first floor with a horrible, musty smell. Even though I just walked in and out of the room and they didn't inform me it's on the first floor prior to check in, I have to pay the first night because I technically have already checked in. I also have to call tomorrow morning when a manager comes to try to refund my other nights. This is an expensive hotel that's so not worth the price! Stay elsewhereEdit: They sent me a receipt that charged me TWO nights even though I've been in constant contact (spoke to front desk in person once, confirmed with rep it'll be refunded, left a follow up voicemail to manager). What happened to "Hampton Guarantee"??? I'm being charged for night 2 even after I told them night 1 I'm cancelling the entire stay.

We had a great stay there, the room was clean and the staff was great. Our car broke down in the parking lot right when we got there. Not to mention it was a Saturday and 3:30 in the afternoon and no shops open, The girl working at the front desk was so helpful, she looked on the internet and found us a mobil mechanic who came out and fixed our car 2 hours later.The Breakfast was great, big selection of stuff to eat. The lady serving the food was very nice and respectful of everyone. We will definitely be staying there next time we go to that area.
