It is a good store with a virtuous cycle structure where you can help others by purchasing donated products at low prices.

This person today I was looking at and donating clothes and a very humble man came asking him if he could take a fan from one of those who were donating and he responded very aggressively that he could not touch anything and that he could not take anything that the other people were donating, it did not seem right to me since the articles that arrive are donations from people who no longer need them, the man very kindly was asking him if he could take a fan that in the end is donated, it is not bought, that is unfair, if the man wanted the fan it is because he needed it

Very expensive for used items. Prices for some items are higher than for new items in stores.

It was good there's many things to choose from if you're thrifting around looking for deals so if you're into this i recommend it.

I found a steam canner here for my mom and we got up to the cashier debating whether or not we wanted it. We were a bit sad when we said that we weren't going to keep it and we would just get it when we come back someday, but an amazing cashier, his name is Norman, paid for it for us and let us have it. We're really grateful so if the cashier Norman is reading this, thank you so much.

Good place to browse for goodies and clothes. But sizes are kind of all over the place, smalls mixed with XL and everywhere in between. Some printed tags were also mislabeled from the clothing tag. One of the changing rooms was out of order so it meant only 2 were available. It left a long line of people waiting. Nonetheless, got some clothes that look brand new for a great price. Also found a cute Hello Kitty cup but it comes in a set of 2 and I couldn't find the other one. I was almost tempted to buy it. Will come back again.

My experience is that I did not like the prices, they are very high, almost the cost of the normal store, and the clothes are very worn, ugly and very expensive.

Prices are higher than at Daiso. Otherwise the mugs, kitchen utensils and othe knicknacks should move faster. There is the usual smell of Goodwill but the items are well arranged. I just hope that whoever is responsible for pricing will review the tags and make it relatively competitive. This is a thrift store so if pricing is even higher than it should, then inventory will take time to move. You can see that with a lot of items still in the shelves even after a few weeks have passed. I go and visit at least once a week and items are still there. My suggestion is to slash the price down to 50% even during this holiday season only. That should move inventory to make space for 2024.

I've frequented this goodwill for years but since moving companies, I haven't been back here until a few days ago and let me tell you - there was an employee I encountered that was beyond rude and incredibly unprofessional. She kept standing by me and snapped, snapped, SNAPPED her gum in my ear. Every time I put something on the "go-back" rack, she'd give me the stink eye. Then she was standing in the middle of the walkway so I nicely asked if I can go past her and she just stared me down and moved AN INCH over. I had to move the other cart instead to go around her. I understand people get tired but not once did I give her attitude. She simply did not want to be there nor for anyone to try on clothes, look at the merchandise or do anything that would cause her to have to do her job. I have no issues with people chewing gum but for the sake of sanity, STOP SNAPPING IT IN YOUR CUSTOMERS EARS!

This location has some great finds, and unlike the Goodwill in Palo Alto they rarely have a line for fitting rooms, there's lots of space to walk around, and it's much cleaner. Unfortunately though it suffers from a different problem which is that the racks are way way WAY too full. You literally cannot pull hangers apart enough to check sizes (which are not always accurate on the tag) or even look at the item. I would 100% be willing to pay more if they took some items off the rack and it required less of an arm workout to shop here.

Great place to pick 'n choose, because of local socioeconomic demographics. Found some good teeshirts & a mesh metal desk organizer

My favorite Goodwill. Always clean, have very good stuff and the employees are very friendly. Some things are too expensive to be second hand items, but most things are very reasonably priced.

Good space. Large selections. Pretty organized. Pricing could be better. Kohls can be cheaper and its brand new when they have a sale.
