Just closed my account today due to current complication with FRB's stock dropped 99% and assets sold to JP Morgan.The service was as good as the day I went there and opened my account. No questions asked, every necessary details provided to me and swift service without even one second of delay. There was a bit of sadness in the air as we all can feel, but they served me to the last second with professionalism and efficiency.I am wondering why FRB had to go, I wish this did not have to happen.

Shoutout to Karianne for the great customer service today!Called in for help, and she was ready with what I needed the second I got inside.I agree with the other reviews on parking.Follow Google Maps and go in from the back. There is a parking structure. I recommend using it and walking. There are a few spots that are time limited outside,but if those are full, you are forced to exit and go all the way back into the plaza from the back again.

A sorta of hidden nice bank. The staff there are very helpful, and knowledgable. Even though it is not a large nationwide bank, however the look, and documents they can provide to customers are first class.

My favourite bank! Their service is second to none and you never really have to wait here to see someone. I've been to this location to get documents notarized and they are always helpful, just be sure to get an appointment during COVID, if you plan on going in. My only issue with this particular branch is that it's hard to withdraw cash here in the denomination you'd expect -- especially if you want to make change with quarters, they always refer you to their Los Altos branch.

I have been reading so many horror stories about big banks prioritizing big corporations and denying small businesses PPP even though they applied first. First Republic has been amazing. My banker told me when PPP applications were open, the loan department followed up a few days later to ask for additional documents, then 2 days ago I noticed the money was deposited into my account. Amazing! In addition to PPP, First Republic has given me free checks for each account, free wire transfers (super helpful during COVID), no ATM fees, and unlimited mobile deposits (also great during COVID since no one wants to go to the bank). I also have a personal banker who responds to emails and texts within a few hours so no more calling customer service or going to a branch to get questions answered. I switched to First Republic from Bank of America because they charged me fees for everything despite me having 4 accounts with them. I tried to apply for PPP with Bank of America as a backup and was not permitted to apply because I did not have a credit card. I could not speak with anyone and customer service wait time was 2 hours. If you are still banking with a large bank, you should switch asap. Here is my Banker's contact informationAndrew G. Compliments for Damionne who have supported me the past 2.5 years after relocating here from Singapore. I struggled with understanding the different options that I have but Damionne clearly and patiently explained them to me. I've also had several requests throughout the year and they were met with a timely manner. One time I needed to make a large withdrawal at another branch - no problem! Highly recommend First Republic and Damionne!

Amazing service and gorgeous new location. The folks are super nice and First Republic always takes wonderful care of their customers ! This branch is a great new addition to all the other branch options. Don't miss their freshly baked cookies when you visit :)
