Paid $20 for a passport photo and didn’t like it when I got home. I came in the next business day and the assistant manager lady refused to retake the photo. Go to AAA, it’s .3 miles down the street, they did it for free and it was faster.

The rudest lady ever works at the front desk! She can ruin anyone's day. I don't know how she keeps a job. She should work in the back.

Lady who helped me was super sweet & got things done asap. A/c in the store however was off the charts…. Feels like a freezer in there & likely to get staff sick. Not good working conditions. 🥶

Very poor customer service.
Employee lady at front desk wasn’t helpful and rude. First time to drop off package with QR code return, and employee said I can do that at self service. I walked there and didn’t find where/what to do. So I went back to ask the employee if she can help. She then said you need to go the scan and print section in self service area.
Why didn’t she say that first? She had a lot of attitude. I would not recommend this location at all. Hope someone can address this in future.

I have not been here for like a year but today I went and Oh Wow, I felt it’s a totally different place! so much cleaner and staff are extremely friendly. I was in and out in like 2min. It might depend on who you ran into. but my experience was amazing

The low Google reviews for that specific location made me a bit suspicious. Despite not having many other options, I decided to go. To my surprise, the customer service was shockingly bad. While a robotic denial might have been understandable, I was rejected from making my shipment even though I had at least three different ways to verify my identity. Fortunately, I checked my car and discovered my wallet, which allowed me to finally verify who I was and show my ID. Needless to say, I will absolutely avoid this location in the future.

FedEx is now forcing customers to use their boxes instead of reusing a box from Amazon or others. It seems as though it’s a way to charge another few dollars to accept a package. This has happened twice at this location. Very disappointing.

Like other Fedex offices useless! Charging extra for everything!
To return something in the box it came in I had to pay extra 4 bucks because they told me the box is too big and they need to fill it. So annoying! I avoid shipping stuff with Fedex all the time because they are the worst.

I cannot say enough good things about Shirley at the Mountain View FedEx location! I was in a panic because I had ordered a poster sign for my best friend’s wedding, only to realize the image was blurry. With the wedding starting in just two hours, I called FedEx, and Shirley immediately went above and beyond to help me. She not only assisted me with re-uploading a better-quality image but also offered me a discount if I wanted to print a new version.
What truly blew me away was that she prioritized my order and had it printed within 15 minutes—an absolute lifesaver! Her efficiency, kindness, and dedication to customer service are top-notch. If you ever need printing services, Shirley is the one to go to! She deserves all the recognition for her incredible service.
