Terrible service, if it’s not a pre paid return label, I would never ship fedex. They scanned my code then told me my box (which was the original shipping box from the manufacturer) has a window on it so they can’t take it (really?). The solution? Charge me extra (extremely expensive) for a new box or cancel the shipment, unless I can magically get a new box from my car. I had to print my own label in the office for FedEx and I have to tape the label. I don’t need to do any of those in UPS. I always ship with UPS.

Used this store to return a phone used as trade in at Samsung. I don't have a printer, so l downloaded the label in pdf and emailed it to FedEx. FedEx sends back a code and the store will print a label with the code. Easy!

The assistant manager Shirley was so RUDE, she was impatient and lazy to explain and the way she talked was very mean and then charged me double price not the same as other employee told me!
Also She is not professional at all, she hasn’t finished helped me out then she already walked to other people especially men to helped them out , left me at counter was wondering around still need help and she made me waited for long time more than 1/2 hour, after she finish helping those men while I was the 1st person before those men who need help, such a terrible,rude, unprofessional assistant manager!
Don’t want to see her face and don’t want to go there and won’t recommend to others!

I had another delightful FedEx print experience today. I urgently needed a print job and the staff was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. The new manager Sun was particularly helpful in guiding me through my different options. I highly recommend this FedEx location to anybody who has printing needs for his/her business.

Friendly, very professional, and accommodating staff…This location is my favorite out of other locations. Recently got into some issues with one of my orders, and they are very nice helping me resolve it. Highly recommend!

The agent forced me to add fillers to the boxes and charged $8 just for fillers. It was clearly not necessary. This is very bad business practice.

Fantastic for high quality, speedy poster printing. I have used them twice now, and the customer support was great. The website was not so great - I got this done quickly by calling the center directy.

People really need to stop using FedEx for deliveries. Having textbooks delivered to a school? They'll drive right past without even bothering to attempt to deliver, then return the package to the warehouse an hour away and make it *your* problem. Getting something from Amazon? They'll deliver it to the wrong address and claim it's your fault. Absolutely disgusting behavior from lazy drivers. Stop using FedEx, people.

This location called me to let me know I have a package to pick up when I dont have any packages on the way to me. Definitely a scam going on here. When I emailed the store the voicemail left by them they admitted it was theres but don’t know who called. Scam alert

Kawser was great. I needed a couple of copies from a .pdf file in a USB drive. She walked me over to a self serve machine where you can purchase a Fedex card and load money to make copies. I proceeded to a copy machine and printed what I needed. Nice and helpful service.
