Great customer service as always! It's 7:33 pm, they don't close until 8 pm. I called to ask a quick question & they picked up & hung up the phone without saying a word. I called again (...hoping it was a mistake) & the same thing happened. They obviously love their customers, love their jobs & want to be helpful & welcome my money & my business! .....(as they used to say in the 90s) NOT!!!!!

Stopped by to print a shipping label and mail a package on Tuesday after work. There was almost no wait, and Enya, the staff member that helped me, was efficient and courteous. She answered all of my questions and got me out quickly. Really happy with this Fedex location and their staff!

Amazing how FedEx totally screwed up the printing and office services. It's not like Kinko's was better, it was coming for both of them to fuck it up. Kinko's mismanaged it and FedEx screwed up its business model. They should fire these dumb CEOs and get more forth thinking leadership. Oh boy this one is for the history on what not to do and how easy it really is to really mess it up,

To be fair, I think the shipping was fast. That being said, the employee was very rude. He basically saying that I did a bad job at packing. I tried to explain that the box was a FedEx box that is given by my company to return an equipment. Apparently someone in my company sealed that box prematurely and I had to tear some corners in order to put my box in. Fedex could have provided better instruction to that person in my company so he/she won't prematurely seal my box, right? No, instead I have to face being mocked by their employee.And come on, the employee could have just helped seal my box and shut up. Instead of spending 5 minutes mocking me passive aggressively "use common sense, do you think this is a good condition for shipping? Next time ask us to pack your stuff!" When I have clearly asked him help to seal my box! I literally asked his help.I tried to deflect his comments at first by trying to acknowledge his comments, but he kept pushing. I think the fact that he kept pushing put me on edge and led me to this Yelp review. Please, if you really want to help others, show them how without mocking them!!! If only my company gave me option for another shipping company I would have chosen another .

In October 2022, we went to Fedex to renew our passport because it was part of their service that was offered. The Fedex website says "Traveling soon? Apply or renew your passport with our expedited services." The lady was very rude and did not want to help us. I stormed out of the store pretty upset because she seemed as if she didn't want to even explain to us the process. Isn't this a service you offer? Can you help us and provide us with answers? As my husband and I were in the car, we both discussed what happened, but we still needed to renew our passport. I decided to stay in the car while my husband works on his passport. It sure was not an expedited service as he was in the FedEx store for about an hour and a half. And now, we received Victor's old passport in the mail and the request was not processed. We then follow up to see what is the hold up on the passport status. We do more research and talk to many representatives through the passport services. We found the government website says "If you use UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another company to send your application, the application will be returned to you." Now, it is March 2023, we have lost $385.27 and have no passport. Worst service ever!!

You know, it's so interesting when you're able to directly compare two pretty much directly compare two pretty much direct competitors in an industry, in this case, the retail package shipping business. Yep, it's UPS versus the Post Office, versus Fedex. Then, when you drill down for specific services, in my case, prepaid return shipments, it gets even more clear. BY FAR Fedex is a big l***** Typically, when I go into any of several UPS locations near my home in Mountain View, I'm in and out in less than four minutes. With Fedex, it's ALWAYS AT LEAST 20 minutes. Either: 1: I'm in the wrong line (not an issue at UPS) 2. the employees act like they've all been smoking dope, 3: there is a "software issue," or 4: there is some other "glitch" that makes the entire experience a complete downer. Fie on you Fedex. Kudo's to you UPS. Here is a very clear example of two companies who do things differently, and one is the VERY CLEAR WINNER. Special note to Apple Computer: Please, change your return shipment contract to UPS. Fedex is clueless.

THE WORST! I hate FedEx with a passion and this seals the deal once again. Had to have a package sent to a shipping center to hold so I could pick it up. It's a toy addressed to my one year old, so guess what? They "can't release" it unless she signs for it. And oh she can't sign for it because she is not an adult. Nowhere does the website say this all is needed for pickup of course. I even have my daughter's birth certificate, know the tracking number and can point out the package on the shelf. But they can't give me the package. This is one of many reasons their company is failing and it's no surprise. YOU SUCK FEDEX NOW AND FOREVER.

Went in a day ago and the services was pretty good. They offered to package my items for me since I already had a pre pod shipping label. Yes, you can do it yourself but time is precious and I wanted in and out so I opt into the service and paid a decent price for a gaming system with extras to be package properly and then shipped off. Will be back to this location in the future.

Never thought I'd leave a FedEx in tears but here I am. I just wanted to drop off 4 packages that are already paid for a labeled but it turned into a whole scene. Employee Kit-Shing was extremely unprofessional, harsh, and rude. He seemed stressed upon arrival but that is not an excuse to take it out on customers. He was upset that I put the boxes in a wrong order on the counter and YELLED at me, saying that I am "incompetent" and "out of touch". I was absolutely shocked because I didn't say a word to him besides "Hello, I'd like to stop these off please". Please, don't take your anger out on other people.

Unfortunately there's a very rude lady (behind the counter here) working here which is so rude to customers and I'm one of them. She could be a manager here but sorry you can't set example being being rude and not friendly at all absolutely. Service of June 4, 2022. 2Pm PT. There were two signage's to say PRINT or SHIPPING, so I went to the print line because that was what I needed, instead of advising me to the other line, she was rudely with her loud voice and so ignorant.

If I could give negative (-) negative 5 star I would I knew I should hav gone to the location in Sunnyvale. The one in Mountain is always a terrible & expensive.... most staff is nice. But the one that greeted me told me right off that I need to add more packing (cost of $15 including taxes). I packed it with the same packing item came with. I stuck around and watched employees repack my stuff. Guess that's why it cost $15 dollars to add more (paper) filler.I guess I need to break down and buy a printer so I never have to deal with this again.
