I dropped off a package in this box about a month ago to return a Christmas gift and it never got shipped. I filed a claim with FedEx and was denied.My guess is that someone stole it, seeing that it was a return for a gift (the prepaid label on the outside of the box said “return”), so it was never entered into FedEx's system and therefore has no way of being tracked. Really disappointing.

Much better than the drop box at 444 Castro which can lock you into the garage. This one has a VIP parking spot for your EV car too. Last pick up is 4:00PM
