drop box is located in the basement garage (you can take the stairs or elevator from the lobby). I have used it in the past with no issues but they lost my latest return package (9/18/24). I noticed that my tracking number had no updates so I opened a case with fedex and they said they couldn't find the package and closed the ticket. I am now out $100 since my shoes were never sent back.

No public access to this FedEx drop box. Checked the basement garage (it's facing El Camino) but there's a gate to enter. So maybe if you work in that office, you have access?
The closest drop off location nearby is at the Village Mail Center Plus, located across the street (at the Village Corner Shopping Center, on the side facing the Arco gas station.

This building is locked and inaccessible. Luckily, a fedex driver was waiting in front and took my package, but you would not be able to drop off here. The FedEx worker told me they were trying to get it removed from being listed on the FedEx site.
