Very reasonably priced for the high level of service. The guy running this shop (I forgot his name) came up with some very innovative solutions to fix the many problems with my device. Definitely would recommend!

I stopped in because the keyboard on my Mac is malfunctioning. I was ready to pay for service since my productivity is way down as a result; however, the technician informed me that there's a recall on my product so I'd be better served at the Genius Bar where they'll do a replacement for free. Then he explained a bit more about the mechanics of the problem and the first gen design. Even though I didn't have a repair done, wanted to write this review since the tech was patient and informative and recommended how to get the needed repair for free.

I took in my iPhone to fix glitchiness in the touch screen, expecting to have to pay for a new screen. Abe did a quick diagnostic, and determined it was just a loose cable connection, and reconnected it free of charge. Would definitely return here.

Oct. 18, 2018 brought the laptop with a cracked glass screen. No problem, they said, just pay for the part. Paid for the part. NO calls for two weeks. Finally, after 16 days, on Nov. 2, 2018 I call them the fourth or fifth time. Yes, they say the part came in "last night", but they don't feel comfortable doing the repair, so they are cancelling the order. Very disappointed, I asked for a refund. The guy tells me it can take "up to ten business days". What? YOU refuse the order, you keep my money and you refuse the refund? Anyway, it's been more than 10 business days and there is still no refund, so I open the dispute with my credit card. Will never use them again for any repair.

My laptop went black. Non responsive. I knew it was only a matter of time but time is what I didn't have. Thanks to Abe I was up and running as soon as the new battery arrived. Four day turn around, no hidden charges, didn't try to hard sell anything I didn't want, and my laptop is now working as good as the day I bought it. Totally hassle free. He must have gone above and beyond what I payed for because my control key no longer sticks, the trackpad buttons work much better, and the power button doesnt get caught. So reasonably priced for how much better it works. I recommend Abe at Fast Repair whole heartedly and will return whenever I need help with my tech and would even consult him if possible before buying another laptop due to his obvious experience and confidence. Thanks so much Abe!

My son drops his iPhone & cracked the screen. This place is convenience, quick 30 minutes wait, drop off walk around Castro Street & return. A reasonable price.

Just brought my computer in to swap my GPU. Received excellent service that definitely went above and beyond what was expected. They cleaned my case, downloaded the drivers, and made sure the rest of the PC was in working order (turns out a fan was broken) Super helpful all around and would definitely come back for any phone/computer repairs or service

Less than 24 hours after getting my iPhone 6s screen replaced here, my home button completely stopped working, which is the first time in my 2 years of having this phone that it had any sort of issues. I then went on vacation for about a week after requesting a Macbook battery replacement and accidentally broke the screen of my iPhone again because I hadn't gotten a screen protector. My screen completely stopped working so I had to get it replaced again, unfortunately. When I came back to get my MacBook battery replacement (the store special orders the materials and it takes a few days to ship so I had to wait until after I came back from vacation to get it done), I had asked if he could look at my phone as the home button stopped working. After further inspection, he came to the conclusion that the original screen they had placed on my phone was likely defective and caused my home button to stop working (not sure if this is 100% accurate because I got my screen replaced again and my home button was still not working) but because I had gotten it replaced again and didn't save the old screen he couldn't do anything for me and left me stranded with an issue that was created by them in the first place. I'm usually not super picky when it comes to service of any kind because I understand the challenges of dealing with customers. But at the very least he could have made sure he didn't mess up my phone in the process of replacing a simple screen and inconveniencing me in the process. Not to mention, this store claims to have better quality screens than other stores. However, I was offered a discount on another screen replacement at the end of it all.

Great and fast service. Price is reasonable. We needed screen replaced on my husband's iPhone 5s and these guys did a great job. Found them on yelp and got a quote within minutes. Highly recommend!

I feel bad to write this but Fast Repair helped me out again - all without me paying a cent. They never charge for diagnostics - and never suggest unnecessary repairs. As such, they should absolutely be your first stop when you run into tech trouble. Thorough and trustworthy. What more could you want in your moment of IT crisis?

Fast Repair deserves SIX stars, if I could give it to them. My Galaxy Note 3 would not charge from any of five different USB cables, but would charge from a charging stand. The technician took our a small pick and removed a small piece of plastic from the USB charging port, and warned me that one of my USB cables might be damaged. The phone is back to normal and most remarkably, when I asked how much the repair would cost, I was told it was free of charge. Fast Repair earned my gratitude and my recommendation -- it will be my choice for future repairs! Thank you.
