I like to thank Shiva the front reception person to help me out with every other complaints I had. He is thorough professional and have understanding mindset. Very quick to provide best help on time.
Nearby activities: Steven creek trail is best over the weekend. Go for it. Once in a lifetime experience.
Walkability: Yuba bus stop , bus number 22, 522 can take you anywhere in Los Altos.
Food and drinks: Go to Chaat Bhavan, best north indian cuisines.

The hotel staff is very friendly & the rooms are very clean. Ive been to other Extended stays in San Jose, i have to say though that this location right in Moutnain View is where it's at! The flooring outside of the rooms also just got re done! They look super clean and fresh!
My room stays clean thanks to the staff and i have no complaints whatsoever. This is my 2nd week here & i plan on staying even longer because of how clean it is here. 10/10 must try again !
Rooms: Rooms are super clean and spacious
Nearby activities: There is a Cinemark Movie theater just 7 minutes away!
Safety: It's super quiet and very well lit late at night outside
Walkability: Walking distance, you have alot of stores and food options.

Shiva was amazing. We forgot our headphones and returned the next day to check the lost and found. Shiva thoroughly searched through the drawers but couldn’t find them. He then went above and beyond, running around and eventually locating them. It reminded me of being in Japan, where lost valuables are almost always returned.

The front desk are very nice to us, especially Shiva gives us lots of help. Also,the environment is quite good, you can enjoy living together with squirrels as there are many big pine trees.

Not a bad place to stay for a few days. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes on request), a bathroom (with bathtub), a bed with a good mattress. Friendly management, ready to help.
Of the minuses: in building A (rooms 100...) it is noisy, because there is a highway nearby. After the first night we asked to be moved, they moved us without any problems, and the 200 rooms... are much quieter.

Great Stay! Room was spacious enough and in a convenient location. Safe parking, great laundry services, close to lots of food. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my time at this Extended Stay. The layout is more like an apartment complex than a hotel which I liked. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful making check-in very easy, Shiva was great to deal with. My room was quiet and clean and I had no issues the entire stay. I would stay here again for sure.
Walkability: Grocery stores are right across the street
