This place is amazing! I used to train with Sophie and I go bi weekly for massages with Dave! Check him out, he’s an incredible massage therapist who has worked with the 49’ers and other incredible athletes. He’s a sports medicine pro!

I love this gym and trainers. It's small and everything is customized to you goals/needs. Ashley is owner and she opens up the gym for day-after-Thanksgiving group work out which is really fun for families. Highly recommended.
