Apartment is spacious, but management is not good. Forget about your security deposit, you are never getting it back.

The management in this place is far below average. We’d have to request multiple times to fix the boiler (we did not have hot water for months, only warm water). There were issues with practically all the appliances and furniture in the unit (the sink’s tap was loose, the cabinets’ screws were coming off, the door handles were loose, the bathtub’s coating was cheap quality and it would always get stained, we’d get mold, we had termites treated 3 times). Fixing anything meant reaching out to management and then getting no response half the time and then reaching out again and again. The one thing that helped was reaching out to the manager's management. And then things would get fixed real quick. We lost all the deposit and even had to pay more. We received no breakdown whatsoever of what the money was needed for except for cleaning (which is normal wear/tear) and a cabinets repair (that’s literally all it says, no explanation as to what exactly needed to be fixed. We left the cabinets in a perfectly good, working state)I consider the management to be corrupt based on how things were handled and the lack of transparency they presented.Stay AWAY from this place if you value your money and time.

Cheap apartment with bad furniture and corrupt management. We stayed at this apartment for 2.5 years. We had termites treated 3 times.Hot water would disappear at least 4 times a year and we had to convince management that we don't have hot water. (we've been proposed to shower at less busy times)Simple things like a common area grill handle were broken for more than a year and were still broken when we moved out.Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning up the dishes well (leaving residue), after reporting it, we've been told that this is how it is and we should live with it.Our full deposit was fully taken away from us with additional charges on top. This money went towards fixing and cleaning things that in most apartments considered normal wear (cleaning carpet, re-painting walls, cleaning the kitchen appliances). It is safe to say that you can say goodbye to the deposit on the day you move in.

I lived here for 2+ years. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, my place was really nice, and the management is friendly and responds very very quickly to issues. They also keep the complex up to date.
