My husband and I have used Ego Blinds for a number of years and have always been very happy with their products and especially their services! The owner comes out to measure and install all the shades, and when there is a problem with any of them he comes out quickly to resolve the problem - without large fees. I highly recommend this business!

Ego Blinds at 355 W El Camino Real in Mountain View was a fantastic experience.
They were very helpful, friendly and thorough in their approach. I love my new blinds and everything looks beautiful.
The man running the place has been doing this for 15+ years and it shows.
I would 10/10 recommend this place to a friend or family member.

We had blinds installed in our office. Mr. Woo came to do a consultation, take measurements and showed options for material, style and blind types. It was incredibly helpful as I wasn't sure what we wanted. After choosing the general style, my husband and I went to finalize the color and details with Mr. Woo at the store. We received a call a few weeks after we made the purchase and Mr. Woo was able to install the blinds in under 30 minutes. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and the quality of blinds. The service was excellent, we would definitely recommend Ego Blinds!

We had blinds installed in our home office by Ego Blinds. Mr. Woo came to our home and gave us an estimate based on all of our preferences. We finalized all of the details at the store and a few weeks later we had our blinds. We opted for a higher-quality blind and were happy with the product and how it has been working. We liked the service and with so many options to choose from, I felt like we got the blinds that fit our space the best.

I usually do not use YELP, but Woo, aka Mr. Shin, Owner, is worthy of a big YOU ARE AWESOME shoutout. Using their website on the day after Christmas, I sent a query requesting help with replacement batteries for our motorized shades; the battery canisters were on windows way too high for us to reach. Woo responded immediately, AND he came to our house THE NEXT DAY and got us up and running again! Going forward, I'm using Ego Blinds for future window covering purchases. Customer service goes a long way now a days, and Woo went above and beyond ‼ Thank you

We really enjoyed working with Woo, the owner of Ego Blinds. I most gave up on getting Hunter Douglas blinds because they were price prohibitive (not all places offer the same pricing) when somehow Ego Blinds came out in my search. Woo gave me a directional quote over text and was able to come out the next day to do measurements! Once the blinds arrived, he wrote me immediately for delivery and installation. The best part of the process was that Woo is the installer himself, vs many of the other Hunter Douglas outlets that may use hired folks to do the installation. The shop isn't as fancy as some other outlets but expect to get attentive service. He carries everything the other outlets have.

Installed Hunter Douglas shades in our home and were very satisfied with everything. Woo is very patient and not forceful (unlike other stores we went to). He helped us choose shades and options within our budget and did all the installation himself.

I've ordered most windows including Baywindow, it's perfectly fit and nice and also it's faster than I expected for delivery. Woo Shin has strong ownership and passion for his job in detail. I fully recommend him if you have a plan for making cosy house with Ego Blinds.

The owner exactly appeared on time and provided all necessary technical information of each products. He tried to clean all trash and installed the products with high cares. The hunter douglas is a premium brand and I have been using the same brand through 3 houses without any single problem. Great quality and great customer service from HQ. Just reach out to HQ for spare parts and they will mail it. There are many inexpensive options available. Everything is a trade-off. I decided to prioritize quality and performance. To me, working with a store where the owner and installer are the same person would guarantee the best performance and outcome of hunter douglas products. Ego blinds will be the place. Please be aware of that Ego blinds might not be the place offering the lowest price but can offer the best quality and service. Kindly remind that hunter douglas is supposed to be very expensive.

Compared prices and got the best at Ego Blinds in addition to great service. The ordering was easy and the blinds arrived on schedule. The installation was perfect and fast. Would definitely go to Ego again for other window blinds.

My experience with Ego Blinds and Mr Woo has been amazing. He came and showed us all the different blind options and was upfront and honest in pointing out the pros and cons of each design. We ended up getting blinds for our entire house done with him and since then have had to reach out to him for minor issues and he is always prompt and responsive. His work is impeccable and he really takes care to make sure the install is perfect. Since then, we have referred him to several of our friends and all of them have only positive things to say about their experience. Highly recommend Ego Blinds and Mr Woo for their great customer service and best in class products.
