Got assigned these guys when my car didn't start by my insurance company. The guy was an hour late, with no notice. When I called about it the person on the phone made it sound like I was being completely unreasonable to expect them to be on time. When the guy showed up, he first tried to jump-start my car even though I had specifically requested a lift, since my car was not jump-startable. When this didn't work he said he couldn't help me and drove away without waiting for a response. When I called my insurance company, they insisted that they had communicated the requirement for a wheel lift, and based on some of the other reviews here as well as the attitude of both people I dealt with, I'm inclined to believe that they (the insurance company) weren't the ones at fault. The next day I made sure to ask my insurance to send me a different company.

Arthur helped me tow my SUV. It took some work as the car wouldn't get into neutral. He showed good skill and more importantly patience to get the car loaded and delivered to the destination

Got a big nail in the tire coming home at 8pm, Ed's was at my place by 9pm and made quick work of it. AAA wouldn't even touch it. Would've been bad news if I had no car the day after! Super appreciate the service!

Called my insurance company ask for a tow the assign this terrible company for the tow !After they was assigned I called and talk to the towing company and verified my vehicle and he was sounds unsecured and say ok someone will be there in 40 min after already waiting for 1hr.When driver arrived looked on my vehicle and said sorry I can't tow you . He new he can't tow me even before arrive he just wanted to collect the money from the insurance.If they assign from your insurance company make sure for ask different company !!!!Service: Car towing

Great service! 50 minutes ETA. Arrived in 12 minutes. Russell called me on his way there. He maneuvered the flatbed tow truck in a tight space with precision, loaded my car with care and was on his way. He was a real professional and I definitely recommend him & Ed’s towing. I usually use a different towing company but since Ed's is a lot closer to where I needed a tow, I thought I'd give them a try and was not disappointed.They were quick and cordial, both on the phone and in person. Took great care of my car too.The dispatcher explained exactly what to expect, when the tow truck would arrive, what the cost would be, and how I could pay. My driver, Arthur, arrived on time and was great to work with. Highly recommended.

The first towing experience with them is great, but they ghosted my second towing appointment. Tried to call them and it was either "be there in 1 hour" or voicemail.

Absolutely great service. My car needed a tow to the shop nearby and Ed's Tow & Cradle did a great job helping me. Special thanks to Roy he was such a huge help and a very nice guy. Highly recommend.

My car had stopped, this tow company came out and said its the starter call your insurance company because I can't tow it. So I called my insurance company again and this same, Ed's Tow picked up the call per my insurance company. 90 minutes or so later I called them they said they were not dispatched to go out and knew nothing about it. This was my worst experience in a long time, I don't think the guy even gave a name he was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

My husband car broke down on Wednesday night in the middle of freeway around 12 am while he was coming back from SF airport. He took Uber home and the next day we were trying to locate his car since we had no clue where it was. Ed's services were offered to us by our insurance and we were on our way that we made the call to them. We have a 6 month old child and we had to take him with us and I was worried that the location is somewhere in the freeway and it's not safe . Felix took our call and once we told him where we think our car is and we are on our way he said there is no need , I will find your car and will tow it to the mechanic shop for your guys , just make sure they have the car keys. He was very understanding and our car was in the shop within 2 hours . He saved us the trip and put my mind at ease as a mother . I want to thank you for your service Felix and for your understanding.
