Great communication & thorough! After a recent purchase of an E46 M3, I was reminded the hard way the importance of a PPI. The folks at Edge MW made a bitter pill go down easy-ish.My initial request was to change all fluids and plug a small oil leak. The shop came back with several pages of observations to make the car reliable. The big things included a new oil pan, suspension, subframe reinforcement, differential seals, brake pads and a few “while we’re in there” items.Derek and Anthony helped prioritize the work needed, and laid out options for the parts. Zero pressure. It helped to know that they race these machines and have a fluency with making a BMW last under stress.I picked up the M3 a few days ago and couldn’t be happier. Although the work doubled my cost for the car, it’s definitely worth it!I’d like to thank everyone at Edge for getting my ride back to fighting shape!

Shout out to Derek and Anthony for making the entire process from inquiry to service and even follow up really easy. I came here for headlights DLRs, door garnishes, and a spoiler, and they were done beautifully. Coming back in two weeks to get a rear diffuser and brake lights installed. Thank you!

5 star service by the team here on my Subaru LegacyI was told by Sal at Fremont Auto Center my vehicle had blown head gaskets, though I suspected that was not the case. I came to Edge Motorworks to get a second opinion, and felt very taken care of. Needless to say, the head gaskets were not blown. They quickly solved the issue and were very open and honest throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their Subaru.Service: Auto maintenance

Edge is probably the best in the business when it comes to guiding customers on car setup for the track. They have tons of racing experience, have techs that know all the common (and uncommon) cars that go out to the track, and will provide guidance on how to squeeze the most out of your car. I've had numerous alignments done by them and have taken their advice on spring rates, camber adjustments, suspension components, and many other feedback that I would have otherwise overlooked when working on my car. These guys mean business, and the price reflects that.

I took my Miata to a shop nearby for an alignment that turned me away due to eccentric locks. I had driven about an hour and took the day off work for this so I was pretty bummed out. The shop that turned me away recommended Edge for the job. Despite the fact that they were busy, as it was 12:30 on a Friday, they understood my situation and took me in. They aligned my car to my desired specs and did excellent work. Anthony and Max are wonderful to work with. 100% would recommend trusting your car with the team.Service: Wheel alignment

This is the best BMW shop in the East Bay . They do a great job with my commuter BMW and a great job with my performance /race car. These guys have great knowledge about f these cars of all years . I highly recommend them. Labor is more than fair and a ton less than the dealership which I'll never go to again .
