We like living here a lot (been here for about 2.5 years now) and one of the best parts is the maintenance staff. Especially Robert! He’s so friendly and helps and fixes all of our issues really fast.Robert is amazing and a really big part of what makes living here great :)

I wish I could give 6 stars! Robert and Rogelio from Mountain view were phenomenal. I saw them outside and said my garbage disposal wasn't working- and this was near end of their shift- Rogelio came up to fix it and worked within a minute! Thank you!!!

Recently moved here. So far the experience has been great. Allison has been super helpful during the application process. There were some repairs required when we moved in but the maintenance team had been attentive and took care of the matters as soon as they returned from holiday weekend. Shout out to Robert and Victor for prioritizing our requests.

Shout out to Rogelio (one of the newer maintenance team members) in the eaves Creekside community! Yesterday I was trying to jumpstart my car with no success. Rogelio, who was passing by, asked if I needed some help, and was even kind enough to drive his vehicle over with jumper cables. What a blessing! The car was up and running in no time. What a thoughtful and helpful guy! I've been living here for about a year and a half, and have nothing but good things to say about Victor and Allison in the office (who always respond promptly), the maintenance crew (who do a great job), and the residents as well. It's a lovely community. And many thanks again to Rogelio for going above and beyond his duties!

This review comes for the maintenance team. They are making a perfect job. Always keeping the place as new as like it was recently built. Robert and Rogelio Jimenez are perfect handy men. They can fix anything, you just name it they fix it. They are there whenever you need them. I have been in lots of places but the team here are the best. Thanks for the great job and effort.I also have to add a few words for the management. They are always looking after our community, their warm heart and smiling faces makes you feel better. Very helpful and solution originated people, lots of thanks goes to them as well

This review is especially for the management and maintenance team for the community. I moved to eaves creekside about a couple of years ago and have since changed units within the community 3 times. Every single the process was made as easy and comfortable and efficient as possible. Allison and Vic in the management office are extremely efficient, and super attentive! I've gotten personal emails from them whenever I received a package that was outside the hub, and they have kept deliveries for me way beyond the time they should have.They have also been extremely respondent whenever I needed anything done in my apartment and completely flexible when it comes to my requests, way beyond what I expect anyone to be. Allison has approved multiple unit moves for me before my lease was up due my being extremely sensitive to noises and activity, and she is definitely mu favorite person in the whole community!The maintenance team has also been incredibly unbelievable and put up with all my reasonable and more importantly my unreasonable requests, like trimming trees to make sure my flowers get the sunlight they need to bloom, I really was surprised that they went that far for me. Robert, David, and a James have been the absolute best! I can't thank the entire team enough and could not recommend a better place to live.

I've been living at eaves Creekside for four years and I am so glad I found it. The community's location is excellent, with convenient access to Steven's Creek Trail for walking and biking, and downtown Mountain View and CalTrain only a few blocks' walk away. Within 2 miles' driving distance are several grocery stores, movie theaters, and many excellent restaurants and shops.I've found the community here peaceful, and trustworthy. In all my time living here, I never had a package stolen -- not even when one was delivered to my apartment door while I was away for a few days. The mellow, respectful vibe of my fellow residents made this an ideal sanctuary to ride out the Pandemic.On the downside, the apartments are a little dated, but that's a tradeoff I was happy to make for the comparatively affordable rental prices here compared with other complexes in the area. That said, the kitchen appliances and washer/dryer in my two-bedroom unit felt basic, but modern, and the one time I had a problem with my dishwasher, it was quickly replaced by the maintenance staff.Another drawback is that there's little soundproofing between apartments with shared walls and floor/ceiling, but my neighbors have always been chill and this mostly wasn't a problem. At times when it might have otherwise been, where a neighbor had company or an excited dog, some good headphones made it a non-issue for me.The staff are wonderful to interact with. Allison Parsons, in the leasing office, is very friendly and does a great job of being both helpful and personable. Meanwhile, anytime I've had maintenance problems, of whatever sort, response times were faster than I expected, and the maintenance staff were courteous, efficient, and kind.In particular, I really appreciated Steve Gradel, who helped me oil the locking mechanism on my mailbox when it was getting finicky during my first winter in the complex. Thereafter, he always nodded hello to me anytime I saw him around the community, and if he needed to work on an issue in my apartment, he would greet me personally. Given the isolating nature of the Pandemic lockdown that I passed here, that ongoing kindness made me feel welcome and was much appreciated.Overall, I'm going to miss eaves Creekside, and I'll fondly remember my time here.

We have been living here for the past year. One of the best things is the location: less than 10 minutes walking to the Caltrain!It's an old building and may come with the occasional noise from upstairs neighbors if you have them, but the community team is always available to make our stay as comfortable as possible.I must give a special shout-out to Robert on the maintenance team. Robert is awesome and always available to help us find the best solutions for our maintenance requests.The community itself is consistently well-maintained, including the pool.

Great apartment community to live in, either solo or in a family setting. Walking distance to Castro, easy access to multiple parks, schools, and 101/85/237. Robert & the rest of the maintenance team are very responsive and on point too!

We have been living here since last 3 years. The location is great - near to Caltrain, downtown and farmer’s market. The best part of living here is you have access to our awesome creek side team. Robert and David are very quick in responding to all my maintenance requests. The online/offline team is always ready to help whenever needed.

A very nice and quiet area close to Downtown MTV with easy access to Stevens Creek for biking or walking.The admin staff is great and my move was very easy to do :)

Lived here for about 2.5 years and can highly recommend it! The location is fantastic with the Caltrain station and Castro being so close. It is connects right to Stevens Creek trail which is very convenient. The staff is great and have been prompt is getting all questions and issues resolved. The one minor downside with the apartments is that their walls are very thin so sometimes noise can be an issue, but haven't had any major issues with this.

Love it here! Quiet community and the staff is super accommodating! Shout out to Allison, Victor, Gama, and Steve! There's a trail right next to the community, and a roughly 10-minute walk to downtown Mountain View, where you can find some choice restaurants! If you're looking for a place in the Mountain View area, I highly recommend checking out eaves Creekside!
